Only stayed one night en route to San Antao but loved the view from our balcony. Large, spacious room and friendly staff. It was a walk up hill coming from town but worth it for the view. We had a quick breakfast the next morning and were then able to get to the ferry terminal for 7.30am ready for our 8am ferry .

Nous venons de découvrir un avis déplorable concernant le Solar Windelo ne reflétant pas la réalité. Nous allons régulièrement à Mindelo depuis 2016 et séjournons toujours au Solar ( 4 à 10 nuits à chacun de nos voyages) . Nous sommes très heureux d’y loger en toute quiétude entourés d’un personnel attentif, toujours bienveillant et, nous ne comprenons pas cet avis décalé de la réalité.

Très agréable, super vue, très bon accueil. Le studio était très propre et le lit tout à fait confortable. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Les activités autour ne manquent pas et il y pas mal de petits restaurants pas chers. Petit bémol, on serait bien resté un peu plus.

Nous étions dans la suite Vasco au premier étage : spacieuse, tout confort, avec une vue magnifique depuis le balcon sur la baie de Mindelo. Nous enfants étaient logés dans le studio Vent Criador au rez de chaussée, également spacieux, confortable, très tranquille et indépendant. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe à qui nous donnons une mention spéciale pour sa gentillesse, son efficacité et toute l'attention qu'elle nous a portée. Nous avons passé un super séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wifi ist im Preis inbegriffen.Die Unterkunft liegt in schön sonniger Lage oberhalb der Stadt und in der Umgebung kommt man unkompliziert mit Einheimischen in Kontakt, kann Land und Leute kennenlernen, das Land genießen, welches man besucht.

Cet avis est une mise en garde pour d’autre familles: Nous avons réservé 4 nuits et à notre arrivée le soir avons constaté que c était sale, vieux, comme un garage bricolé en chambre; Rien à voir avec les photos booking ! : voulant régler une nuit afin d aller ailleurs car rien ne correspondait à notre réservation ni au tarif, le propriétaire a fait venir la police car nous ne voulions pas régler la totalité: Facile quand on se cache en France d agir ainsi si vilainement et malhonnêteté ! Je me suis même faite insulter par e-mail par ce guignol. Une honte pour l hôtellerie ce bonhomme là. Malgré les bons retours observés dans cet hôtel, je désire mettre en garde d autres personnes de la malhonnêteté et du manque de respect dans cet établissement quand au tarif et services réels. Très triste expérience cap verdienne ! Mais nous avons pu trouver une pépite pas très loin afin d oublier cette grosse arnaque ! L univers s’en chargera pour nous!

Ce fut une expérience vraiment négative que je ne souhaite à personne car nous avons perdu de l argent et nous nous sommes fait rouler. Malgré les bons avis nous avons été très déçus par la chambre qui ne correspondaient en rien aux photos et descriptions: chambre sale, sans lumière, tout est vieux et ressemble à un garage ou local PC réaménagé en chambre; un attrape touriste à un prix totalement choquant.

Solar Windelo es una opción buena para la visita a Mindelo debido a su relación calidad/precio. 4 noches para dos personas nos costó unos 155€. Está ubicado en una colina lo que permite unas vistas fabulosas de la ciudad. Para llegar con el equipaje un poco complicado por la cuesta que tiene. De día se puede ir caminando ya que no está lejos de lugares de interés pero tampoco es de los alojamientos más cercanos. De noche un poco desaconsejable ir caminando, mejor acercarse en taxi. El desayuno está incluido en el precio. El personal es cordial.
