Great, beyond expectations! Kawaguchiko came to the bus for about half an hour and could get off directly at the hotel entrance. The staff is super nice, English communication is barrier-free, the mountain view room terrace is facing Mount Fuji, and it is super clear. The hotel borrowed a bicycle to ride the white bird view for about 6-7 minutes. Be sure to go here to watch the red Fuji at sunrise! The net red coffee shop is opposite the white bird view ～ You can also play with the swan, will come back next time.

Due to heavy snow, the road was blocked and self-driving vehicles could not reach Motosuko Hotel. I called the hotel staff through the trip.com phone number. Although their English skills were a little lacking, the hotel staff was very patient and listened attentively. Finally, find a colleague who can speak English to explain clearly. Knowing the reason for cancellation is always better than not showing up without knowing the reason. Although the full amount cannot be recovered, safety is more important than anything else.

The host who received us was very kind and beautiful. The original check-in time was between 3 PM and 7 PM, but we arrived at 9 PM because we were playing at the nearby Fuji-Q Highland. Even though we arrived late, we were warmly welcomed. Since we missed dinner, the host personally drove us to a nearby convenience store. The service was excellent. As compensation for missing dinner, breakfast was very generous and delicious. The environment was particularly good, and the room was very clean and tidy. We were very tired from playing all day, but after soaking in the hot spring, we felt completely refreshed. It was very comfortable. This was a very worthwhile experience, and I highly recommend it! 私たちを迎えてくれたホストはとても親切で美しかったです。本来のチェックイン時間は3時から7時の間でしたが、近くの富士急ハイランドで遊んでいたため、夜の9時に到着しました。9時に到着したにもかかわらず、暖かく迎えてくれました。夕食の時間を逃してしまったため、ホストが近くのコンビニまで車で連れて行ってくれました。本当に素晴らしいサービスでした。夕食を逃したため、朝食は非常に豊富で美味しかったです。環境も特に良く、部屋もとても清潔で綺麗でした。1日中遊んでとても疲れていたため、温泉に入った後は全身がリフレッシュされ、非常に快適でした。これはとても価値のある体験でしたので、ぜひお勧めします！

Went with my parents. Check in was relatively straight forward, as was check out. The hotel was quite spacious, the room was to be expected. Relatively basic but clean. Did not eat there. They were able to call us a taxi when needed. We enjoyed the onsen as it had different pools, though not sure about how much of it was “onsen water”.
