The hotel staffs were very nice. We felt so welcomed, especially the girl who came from China. Super sweet and caring. I would come back for her :)
The room was large and modern and tidy. Although the location was not convenient at all, the staff would do their best to help you to feel homey. Cannot wait to go back again.

酒店位置在案內所旁邊上坡，小鎮中心走路約7、8分鐘路程，走到山水木花了我半小時；可以接待小童的 如實填寫人數就行；這次住一晚衹包早餐，這裡是在餐廳用餐，一個房間一個隔間，也不錯；温泉的話這家兩個室內兩個室外（男女各一），四個私湯（沒去試，因為單獨收費加上並沒有特別好的景色，私湯就在去大池的走廊上，感覺怪怪的），總體壹之井不大，房間的兩層總共就10間房吧（好像），服務都很好，提前一天郵件告知到達時間，司機爺爺會在車站接你，隔天離開我因為臨時想去泡車站附近的ikoi美人湯，於是退房後行李留在酒店，到時間司機爺爺直接送到了車站（會主動問你離開的公交時間）這點非常不錯，哦還有，入住的時候還到時間前台小姐姐知道我們要去山水木主動給了毛巾浴巾還有拎袋，這個非常不錯幫了很大的忙。有會説中文的湖北小姐姐，總體不錯的，不過下次有機會再來黑川，很喜歡這裏

除咗位置較為不好找外，但也不難找祇是轉入去酒店的路口很小開車容易錯過，其他的如温泉、房間和餐食都非常滿意，如果下次再去一定會再入住

太驚喜了，專車接送巴士站🚏，一宿兩餐非常棒！來自浙江的小姐姐美麗、熱情、服務周到，給我們介紹周邊好吃的蛋糕和銅鑼燒，酒店門口就是徒步的起點，有空可以去走一下，肯定有意外的收穫！温泉也很贊，黑川温泉小鎮值得再一次去！難忘🥰
