正月は愛知の離島、篠島の一番高台にある 高峰荘を予約して友達３人で行ってきました。 今回は篠島の友達が車を用意してくれたので チェックイン前に綺麗な砂浜や歌碑公園など 篠島を散策できてすごく楽しかったです。 宿の料理は、正月の豪華絢爛特別会席となり ふぐ料理から伊勢海老、アワビ、知多牛など 素晴らしく豪華で抜群に美味しいです！！！ お風呂も眺めが良く、南知多の温泉を使用し 身体の芯まで温まっていい湯でした。 朝食も豪華な内容で、伊勢海老汁にしらすが 美味しすぎてご飯３杯食べて超腹パンです。 ごちそうさまでした。 ＜豪華絢爛特別会席＞ ◆煮鮑を含む先付 ◆地魚刺身・生朋輩牡蠣 ◆伊勢海老刺身 ◆てっさ ◆てっちり・朋輩牡蠣のあわせ鍋(〆は雑炊) ◆知多牛ヒレステーキ陶板焼き ◆海老黄金焼き ◆タコ飯 ◆酢の物 ◆香の物 ◆デザート ＜特別会席の朝食＞ ◆蒸しアワビ ◆干物・しらす干し・生* ◆味付け海苔・ご飯 ◆伊勢海老汁
