One of the best hotels I have stayed in in Japan! When we drove to the door, someone was already there to help us carry our luggage to the room! Neither too much nor too little. Clean and spacious room. The hot spring attached to the room is not large, but it is enough to enjoy. The food isn't fancy, but it's not overly so, so it's satisfying. I was very grateful for the airport transfer. The room and facilities were a little old. I was worried about the smell of tatami mats. The meal in the private room and the bread service at checkout were good. The staff was kind as well.
