We really enjoyed our stay at Minawa. The staff were attentive and friendly, the food was delicious and you can see the effort put into preparation. The room amenities were good and the en suite onsen was really nice. Special mention to the staff who saw us returning in our car and because it was drizzling, they rushed to bring out umbrellas to the carpark for us.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in in Japan! When we drove to the door, someone was already there to help us carry our luggage to the room! The room is also very large and very clean, and the private hot spring is really nice! The only thing you need to pay attention to is that the place is relatively remote, which will be more troublesome if you are not traveling by car~

Very good service attitude, sincere. When it rains, they will wait for you in the parking lot with an umbrella.
Breakfast and dinner were rich, of high standard and very creative.
Room was renovated a year earlier, separate spa with privacy.

Neither too much nor too little. Clean and spacious room. The hot spring attached to the room is not large, but it is enough to enjoy. The food isn't fancy, but it's not overly so, so it's satisfying.
