An incredible experience. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and go to a lot of trouble to make things clear for non-Japanese speakers! The onsen are lovely and we really appreciated having dedicated private times to use them for each room. The dinner served in room was beautifully laid out. We’d love to visit again
