Expensive price for the quality and comfort of the apartment.
Nowadays, TV and internet are a basic service that is practically always included.
The equipment included in the apartment is minimal and very limited.
There should also be an electric vehicle charger in the parking lot.

Abandoned residence. Apartment maintenance is clearly not a priority. The building may be old, but a lick of paint on the walls and doors wouldn't hurt. The equipment is fortunately good, and the bathroom is decent. The toilet deserves a good clean and a good update on the walls and door! The bedrooms are dressed, but the bedding is poor quality. Thankfully, there's a sea view!

Studio intended for 4 people, there were 3 of us but the accommodation is far too small. It lacks air conditioning to isolate oneself from the nauseating smell of the stationery, especially at night. The residence is dilapidated, the balconies are slippery due to the algae that grows there and is not maintained, and to top it all off, the pool is no longer heated and is no longer usable. Résidence très bien placée mais un problème de chauffage piscine nous a empêché de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Nous étions obligés de partir à une autre résidence nemea (à 5 min en voiture) pour profiter de la piscine chauffée.

Très déçu que la piscine couverte ne soit pas du tout chauffée. Il aurait été bien de prévenir lors de la réservation, c'est la moindre des choses. Pour les enfants, la piscine était bien trop froide .
