Isabel went above and beyond in service! She graciously reopened the breakfast bar for us a couple of minutes after 9am. We enjoyed the breakfast! The fourth day (a Friday), the coffee was oddly undrinkable (other days it was great). The hotel was very clean, the staff were all friendly and accommodating. Having a refrigerator in the room was a pleasant bonus for a minimalist style hotel. Would definitely return!

The experience was pretty nice. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Mr. Eugene was a great valet driver. Ms. Isabel was such a help and she always had a smile on her face serving breakfast every morning! The only thing that could have been improved is that the towels and toilet paper wasn't replaced every time there was housekeeping. Otherwise pretty good.

Jeniyae was so helpful and sweet! Pulled up she was right there to help! Just love her attitude and kindness! What a great employee you have!

Love location and breakfast access, Onsite amenities were awesome for family. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants and museum. Easy access to transit and getting to ball games. Love the outdoor activities on the water!

let me start off with Jordan the front desk Night Shift and a Night Shift valet. Anthony are so welcoming friendly. They don’t mind sitting there and having a conversations with us and they just make our stay feel like we’re at home and give us the great spots to go to to go hang out. I don’t have no issue getting my car in the morning with the morning shift, valet, RJ or alex which one usually pull my car. All around most of the valets in front desk are amazing. The only issue I did have with my state being there was my vehicle was out front until the third shift valet got there. There was multiple people on shift. yes I do understand it was busy, but when I went out to the bar and came back, there was no cars out in front besides mine and I do not like that. I wanted to ask the valet who I handed my keys to when I came back, but I didn’t see him all. I do know if he had a bump on his face in a low fade. I even tipped him and I regret doing so just for the matter fact of my vehicle was never part two the third shift came in and I felt bad because I cannot tip him because I already took the second shift valet but overall the service and employees were both hotel and valet were awesome and I will definitely recommend coming back

Very nice hotel. We would stay here again next time. All the staff were kind and very helpful. Eugene was an excellent valet.
