Service at the front desk for check-in was great, however our room had a terrible odour and was very dirty. Dust, hair and filth on the floors, on the desk lamp and behind bed. It was noisy in the parking lot at the back and not very well lit. Price was reasonable and very close to the airport, but we would never stay again. Did not feel safe at all.

The whole experience was good except for the fact that it is under construction so the ice machine doesn't work the room was dirty when I got to it there was trash under the couch, it basically had to be cleaned so we had to clean it ourselves. And the restaurant that's attached to the hotel is a rip off but other than that it was decent.

The room REEKED of cigarette smoke- it was a NON smoking room! The tub was so nasty I refused to step into it. The TV had no signal- not even after trying the Dish remote. The toilet wouldn't flush everything down. The noise level outside the room in parking lot at 2 AM was horrendous. The bathroom sink sprayed so hard it soaked my whole front anytime I tried to use it. The whole experiene was horrendous! I was tired and hungry, it was late when I got there, I had 2 dogs with me. I didn't want to go through the hassle of changing rooms, nor did I want someone in my room at that hour! I replied to their "how are things" text with all my complaints, but didn't hear back from that for 4 days!

This place is disgusting, stains everywhere, sliding door to outside didnt lock, room smelled like cigarettes, whole place smelled like ****. Messaged the guest services text system got nothing, called front desk got hung up on

Building was disgusting, squirrel infested. Very shady people around. People living in their cars in the parking lot. Bullet holes in cars in the lot

The comforter had dried blood stains. Yea chair was worn and dirty I even didn't want to sit. The toilet tank had a mismatching tank lid. The bath tub drain had hair. Stay somewhere else.

Please do not stay here, it was an overall bad experience. We walked into the lobby and it smelled and we felt questionable vibes at best. Once we got to our room, we immediately found 3 bugs, as well as stains on the bedding, holes in the couch and ottoman, a sink that was about to fall apart, a shower with poor drainage, and a door to the outside that would not fully close. This place left a poor taste in my mouth and is much more a motel than hotel and I do not recommend staying here to anyone.
