Besides the speed of checking in and the use of the laundry, my stay was completely undesirable. My bathroom was filthy. There were other peoples body hair all over the floor and tub. The hallways were hot 100% of the time. My room and bedsheets felt wet. I had to purchase DampRid buckets to help with the moisture. The very first morning of my Wed-Sunday stay, a bug fell from the ceiling onto my shoulder while I was getting ready. Mortified and disgusted, I called the front desk...they were no help. I found the bug (silverfish insect) and brought it to the front desk for proof. She said she did not want it and suggested I take it back to my room and leave it outside my door. For real. I requested another room but they said there weren't any available. My door was hard to open and did not close when leaving the room. The water in the shower...when getting it to the right temp, after a couple of minutes, it would go from freezing to super hot. The restaurant was out of burgers and all pizza toppings except for cheese & bacon. There was very little help there...felt awful for the woman working. While in the parking lot on Thursday evening, one of the employees came out and asked if we had propped open the door. We told him that it wasn't propped open, it just doesn't close. He said we needed to make sure it closed because they have problems with the homeless coming in at night. With taxes and fees, I paid over $700 for my room...and still feel just gross. I did leave a review (which they asked me to do via text message) and no one has contacted me. Unimpressed with the entire experience.

we spent only one night and had to check out the next morning because of the swimming pool, which is basically why we had booked 3 nights, was under construction without prior notice to our arrival. Also, I'm still waiting for my 2 unused nights refund though I was assured by the front desk agent that it won't be an issue hence I had booked my stay before they decided to work on the pool, besides the fact that we were not the first guests to leave due to the pool situation!!!
