Air conditioning broke in most rooms so over 85-90 degrees and stifling hot in the room, yet they are still renting out the rooms. When I returned to receptionist to ask for another room, she acted like I was being unreasonable since I wanted a room with working air conditioning even though my husband has lung issues where he has difficulty breathing in too much heat and it’s difficult to get any good rest in the high heat as well. She said maintenance was supposed to have fixed the air conditioning awhile ago, but hadn’t done it yet. So they are well aware yet ignoring and renting anyway!! If it was a GOOD hotel, they would NOT be renting the rooms and showing the don’t have vacancy until it’s fixed!! Unacceptable. Would NOT recommend this hotel unless you are ok with paying and not being able to sleep due to the heat and then they act like the customer is the problem when you ask for a different room, which I guess it’s because they know they don’t have any rooms without the maintenance issues!! Horrible horrible hotel!
