Milwaukee Hotels with Bars

What am amazing hotel. From the moment we walked into the gorgeous lobby, I said WOW. The staff greet you at the front, in the lobby and again at the desk. I was given the choice of the older more historic area or the tower. I chose the tower because I prefer a more modern room. The room was larger and nicer than I expected. And the view toward the lake is spectacular. I had lunch at the cafe, met with friends at the lobby bar, and a fantastic dinner at the upscale restaurant. We felt well taken care of at the conference. The set-up worked well. I so appreciate a conference where it’s easy to return to your room during sessions. I’ve stayed at more expensive hotels that weren’t as nice. Glad I added on a few extra days to enjoy Milwaukee, including being able to walk to the lake, the river walk, and many other fun sites and restaurants.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for summerfest and it was only 1 night but we still enjoyed ourselves in the establishment. I liked that they had a shuttle bus that took us to summerfest and picked us up from there after it was over. The only thing that annoyed us was that the fire detector had low battery so it would beep periodically and it’s a little loud since it’s in a little hotel room.

During my recent stay at Journeyman, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall service, but I have to give special recognition to Jared, the valet. From the moment I arrived, Jared went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. Not only was he incredibly polite and welcoming, but he also handled my car with great care and efficiency, making sure it was always ready when I needed it. Each time I interacted with Jared, he was friendly and attentive, offering help with luggage and even providing great local recommendations. His attention to detail and genuine willingness to assist guests stood out as a highlight of my stay. Jared truly represents the kind of service that elevates a hotel experience, and I hope Journeyman recognizes the asset they have in him. If you're staying here, rest assured that you'll be in good hands.

Great experience ! Front desk staff was welcoming, room was very clean and interior was beautiful. Only stayed there one night for a concert but I would love to return to this hotel. One weird thing: the tv remotes might have been connected/interfering with other rooms? In the middle of the night it seemed as if someone else was controlling the volume and it was hard to adjust besides turning the TV off manually.

I recently stayed at the Cambria Hotel Milwaukee while my company booked out the majority of the hotel during the RNC, a time of heightened security which posed significant challenges for large group accommodations. Throughout our stay, the Cambria team consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They not only accommodated our needs but also coordinated shipping items across the country to ensure their safe return and arranged last-minute catering for over 100 people. The exceptional service provided by Howard and Travis exceeded our expectations. Despite the numerous challenges we as a company faced of accommodating such a large group, a simple call to either Howard or Travis promptly resolved any issue we encountered. For businesses traveling with large groups requiring exceptional accommodation, I cannot recommend Cambria Hotel highly enough. Like the American hotel, it is spacious, the hotel is not new but it is well maintained. The surroundings are quiet and there are not many dining options. Breakfast 18.04, buffet, good juice and fruit, others are simple. Overall equivalent to domestic Samsung level.

King bed room. The room is much smaller than the Hilton City Center in the next few days. The facilities in public places are also lower. Fortunately, there are some business trips.

Had the pleasure of staying here for work and from start to finish it was GREAT. When I came in my co worker was speaking with another front office clerk so I approached Michael ! I had a million questions and he has a million and one answers ! Let me know about happy hr, the buffet times and local attractions ! My biggest question was about refrigerator being in the room and YES, YES they do ! Which I love because I always pack a lunch. I messed up and “lost” my key and ran into Michael downstairs .. let him know and with no hesitation he grabbed me a new one. Honestly TOP TIER SERVICE !!!! All in all my first trip to Milwaukee was great and I owe it all to Michael . He is greatly appreciated !

We went there for the Wild Subaru kite festival in Milwauree and we were lodging at this hotel. Very nice room and super comfortable huge bed. A small bar and restaurant. A nice inside pool. Wide parking. The hotel is nearby the airport, of cource, but also several restaurants around. Unlike many hotels that use covid as an excuse not to provide service (and rase prices), this hotel offers daily room cleaning.

If you are looking for a very good crafted cocktail, check out the Julep Bar and have Kevin make you a one of a kind Martini! He takes the time to listen to what you like and comes up with an awesome concoction. The food is also very good there! Highly recommend if you are downtown Milwaukee!
