Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central (Theatre District)

The bed was wobbly, need replacing or repair.

Stayed at this Premier hotel in Milton Keynes and it was just okey. The rooms are very basic and the service only average. Was placed in a room with a window that couldn’t open and found the room rather stuffy. It’s only a basic hotel but conveniently located. Would only go back if I have no alternative in Milton Keynes.

Great stay - rooms clean and comfortable Emily was really helpful throughout our stay including sorting out the car parking when the machine wasn’t working. The breakfast set us up for a busy day and the Maaya Indian down the road was a great evening meal.

really welcoming hotel, I was surprised at all of the extra services. It really is good value for money. Great location so much to do around here. I will definitely be coming back again. And I must say Priscilla and Colin made my three night stay ever so special, giving them a 1010 and customer service.

We booked a few nights stay and accidentally made a mistake with our booking. This was so upsetting and upon arrival Kirsty (I’m sure that’s her name and also cooks in the kitchen) She listened to what I had done by mistake and showed great empathy and quickly sorted my booking out for me and that absolutely took all my stresses away. The next morning Kirsty was cooking in the kitchen and made a wonderful breakfast and especially the hash browns and vegan bacon :-) Throughout our stay we also met Colin who was so kind and gave real useful information of the local area and any request asked, he did so with a smile on his face. He also was genuinely concerned about our car that broke down as one of us couldn’t make it. It was such a pleasure meeting both Kirsty and Colin and they really made our stay a great one and we cannot wait to return!! There were more staff I’d also like to mention who make this a great Premier inn - Maddy, Emilie and Zuzzanna. Thank you to all of you for being great with guests and being amazing.

The staff were amazing and breakfast was spot on good location would definitely stay again thanks you too all staff 10/10 the bed was 10:10 and the family rooms are spot on one high king bed and two single beds so all kids had there own comfy beds

My stay was amazing and with Anna’s assistance I felt warmly welcomed. She hosted me with at most care and ensured that my stay exceeded all my expectations. I wish she’d be at every premiere inn I visit as I do a lot of travelling through work. 🙂

Booked a quad family room - beds not made up, only one towel to share between family and only given one single and one double bed so child had to sleep in bed with me! Also booked double room - given zipped single beds really uncomfortable! Didn’t get what I paid for at all!

Do not use the early check in got there to do this told can’t do early check in. No way of booking in advance. Also the nightclub across street keeps you awake until 2am
