Staff were so welcoming & helpful, including the breakfast chef. Parking is very limited, we had to hang around until a space became free. A comfortable room, the bathroom had been cleaned but needs a thorough clean of skirting & surfaces as dirt & scuff marks. Outside the hotel the area looked a bit grubby from perhaps drunken behaviour (vomiting)? The stay was good value for money and would recommend.

We booked a premier plus room as we were going to see Derren Brown at the Milton Keynes Theatre. The room was totally amazing. Recently refurbished with a fantastic rainfall shower. Tea and coffee, iron & ironing board too. The bed was extremely comfortable. I was celebrating my birthday and on return to our room there was Prosecco and chocolates waiting for us! We ordered late night pizzas from just eat which annoyingly didn’t turn up so (at 1am by this time) the concierge very kindly went to the kitchen and got us some bread and butter with different spreads. Very kind of him as nowhere was open for us to have a bite to eat by then. We will 100% return again.

Excellent place in terms of location, comfort, and most importantly friendly and helpful staff. I have been staying in the Premier Inn (especially the ones in Milton Keynes) for the last ten years and always get the same good experience with everything.

The room was comfortable and a good temperature. The location was good. However there was a horrid smell of drains coming from the bathroom. So much so that we didn't want to shower as it would mean spending too long in there! It also made the bedroom smell too. Luckily it was just an overnight stop. No one was around to tell at checkout. I hope it is resolved for the next traveller!

The location of this Premier Inn was the driver. We were going to the theatre and didn't want to drive. Could be closer, 3 min walk maybe. Also located in, what on the night we visited a very quiet entertainment district but I am sure at the weekend it is very busy. Parking was so easy £7.90 for an overnight stay...could improve on the printed off QR codes! Room was comfortable, clean and cool. Would I use again...definitely

Travel alot for work so used to hotels. Rooms are dated.Found the last occupants bogey on the back of the chair...... Toilet backed up..... Bonus of ac so nice and cool

Staying here for the F1 at silverstone, paid a ridiculous amount of money and it’s absolutely rubbish. Totally under staffed, check-in machines are broken and not value for money, Whitbread you should be ashamed! You’re taking advantage of customers and staff!
