Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central (Xscape)

Reg was the best and most friendly receptionist that I have ever met in the extensive travels of the world that I have made. I phoned up the day before my stay to make sure that parking was going to be available and he reassured me that he would show us exactly what to do where to park and how to pay which was a great reassurance. He also arranged for my friend And me to have rooms next door to each other and was the most friendly and kind person that I’ve met for a while as a hotel receptionist. he truly goes above and beyond what is expected from a receptionist and is an asset to the premier inn brand Thankyou for a great stay ..

Rej is an asset to this premier inn. Always on hand when you need anything and happy to help. Always greeted with a smile and very welcoming. And if theirs ever a problem maintenance wise or anything like that, you know it will be looked at and resolved quickly if he is on the front desk that day. Great person, haven’t a bad word to say.

Had a good stay, Rej looked after us when on shift and other members of staff were also very welcoming. Good car parking facilities, great location. Room was good with all Facilitys required, cannot complain at all. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time at Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central Xscape! When we arrived we had a brilliant chat with Rej on the desk about why we were there, we taught him all about the business of Lego and the power of the brick! He even greeted us when we came back after the convention and asked how it all went! It was such a personal touch and it really made us feel special! Hopefully we will see Rej and all the staff soon!

Loved this place. Although all staff on Reception friendly, Rej on Reception went the extra mile. He is one of the most, if not the most friendliest person I have ever met. He helped me arrange my meal deal on arrival, took me over to Beefeater next door to ensure booked in for time I wanted for both Dinner and Breakfast. Everyone who came through the doors was greeted with a smile and nothing seemed too much for him. Regarding meals - Plenty of choice at breakfast and few vegetarian/vegan options which I was very happy about. Although plenty of restaurants within walking distance of hotel, ate all my meals at Beefeater. I will be back in the very near future.

Friendly service and quick check in by Rej. He made me feel very welcome. Really informative for the parking aswell would highly recommend staying at this premier inn , clean rooms and everything is on hand really well done to the staff….Thankyou.

Excellent weekend in Milton Keynes stayed at this Premier Inn near tge xscape complex great location and near everythin i need it to be. Staff was very polite and helpful, shout out to Raj he was great. Recommend this hotel !

Great customer service and very welcoming. Comfortable reception, Rej always greets customers and ready to answer questions. He is always on the go which is very good. He was so kind, he even showed me how to make future reservations on the phone.

Nice Hotel, great location for the Xscape activities centre, just a walk across the road. The staff were truly amazing, especially making sure we had the parking payment sorted. overall very friendly and helpful. It was a warm room but we knew it didn't have aircon when we booked!! couldn't be closer to the amazing Beefeater next door.
