Lovely view of the lake, much prefer not having a crappy breakfast included in the price, room was spotless, nice shower, decent desk/workspace.
Two minor negatives: the TV was teeny tiny and the placement of it really affected the work space when set up with a laptop, mouse etc. Secondly there was a pretty unpleasant smell at the top of the stairs like stale fish.
That's nitpicking though, it was an absolutely lovely stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is absolutely amazing and the staff are just out of this world incredible! I have now stayed many times here and will keep going back! The manager is an absolute diamond guy and has all of my respect for how wonderful and accommodating he is. Nothing is ever too much to ask! Couldn’t recommend this place more. The last time I was there I managed to get a beautiful view of the moon from the balcony

My husband and I stayed at Willen lodge for the F1 weekend. Hayley welcomed us and checked us in. We were greeted with refreshments and were shown to our room straight away. The room was with a balcony overlooking the lake which is stunning. Hayley quickly gave us some pointers for where to eat and due to it being the F1 that weekend there were complimentary refreshments in the lobby to help ourselves to. Due to some miscommunication our luggage was lost for a short period of time which Hayley quickly resolved for us and sent to our hotel via uber. She’s an asset to your company and a great personality to have for welcoming guests and sorting matters quickly. Thank you for everything!

Happily surprised as didn't know this place existed for 6 years, wifi is superb , staff are excellent and friendly, rooms yes are older than a brand new hotel but clean. Restaurant next door too. Will be back again. Working from hotels for 30 years its nice to see staff that care as many other establishments I stay seem to be ( customer is wrong but there right ) This is opposite Good view and good price

Just wanted to be away from the city for a change and have accommodation with a view.looking over the lake and enjoying the bird life made me happy.
