Just wasnt my type of scene, its like it’s just used for men, there was spiders everywhere, the bathroom was tiny the sink was attached to the toilet and there was no moving space.

There was hairs all in the shower and there was a hideous smell in the bathroom, the sink was filthy and there was stains on the bedding. The TV wasn’t working all night and when I then tried to contact reception about our concerns there was no one there to see to us to offer help. We had a terrible experience and when asked for a refund on our stay was then refused. I took videos and photos of our experience as it was just shocking. The toilet seat didn’t even fit the toilet it was just ridiculous. More than happy to send further videos and pictures upon request.

This is very disappointing to write this, because if it was not for this, our stay would of been fabulous. But the smell of the cabin was rotten. It also was not very clear on options of the rooms when booking. Which is why I ended up in a cowboy smelly damp room. I nearly had a panic attack during the night because of the smell and asked me daughter if she wanted to leave at 3am during the morning. Something wrong with drain system, or someone is using dirty mops to clean. The cowboy huts need reburishing and a good deep clean. As the smell is very overpowering and makes it almost impossible to be comfortable or sleep

We booked through ******* who said the accommodation had a hot tub! The staff said only accomdate a hot tub on a 3 night stay i booked for 1 night. So was mis sold this break by *******. We checked out 10 mins after checking in as the accommodation was a shack and was not very inviting my daughtr did not want to stay so i have requested money back

We really enjoyed the stay both the accommodation and parks were perfect for our family. We would return with but more prepared as the only disappointment was the lack of vegan options. More variety and food choice would have made our stay more enjoyable.

family friendly fun. Great fun for the family. Two boys age 5 and 7 really enjoyed the accommodation and parks. Perfect for their age and fun for the adults too. Sadly the accommodation smelt of cigarettes and also a lack of vegan food let the experience down. No options at all which I found really odd and not inclusive. Other family’s and even members of staff agreed that lack of dairy free options was a problem that could be easily sorted.

Room was filthy we stayed in one of the safari lodges which had stains on the sheets and the pull out bed was horrific how on earth any one would sleep on that I do not know. The shower is dangerously hot luckily I tried it before getting the kids in because it would have scolded them. The checkin girl was very polite as we’re all the other staff we spoke to.

The little cabin was absolutely perfect. Such a great clean place to stay. Although I would never go to to that restaurant, I can’t understand how in such a busy time for here, the staff couldn’t handle a group of people. Glared at and questioned was exactly how we were treated. Maybe due to the fact we were young but that is unacceptable. Hospitality isn’t for everyone and the woman who rudely said “what are we doing guys” “Playing musical chairs?” Was so incredibly condescending and rude and quite simply does not belong in hospitality. I understand if we were greeted and pointed toward a suitable table but she did not and we were so shocked by her vile attitude as she stood there and made remarks when what should have been done was us to be pointed in the direction of a bigger table. Unfortunately this killed our moods and half our group left :(
