Overall good place to stay. Clean outside and inside. Rooms was very clean fully stocked. Staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend this locate in Milton, Fl. Central located to beaches and shopping and places to eat. Close to interstate.

This is an amazing hotel. My husband and I stay there every time we go to and from Texas to Florida to visit my family. The rooms are clean and secure. They have complimentary wifi for guests and they are a pet friendly hotel. Just there is a fee for the pet to stay each night. So be sure to read their pet policy. If you are looking for a hotel in this area, then you should check out this hotel!

Second time …. Again a Great room. Good location while traveling. Pet friendly and clean Friendly customer service from Julie, Judy and Scottie !!! Good breakfast & lots of options. Thank you for a pleasant stay in Milton and I’ll be back around.

Regular sized room. Refrigerator no freezer. No internet due to a previous lightning strike. Small TV. Lamp electrical outlets don't work. 2 free bottle of water. Check in reception friendly. Orange juice soured. Potatoes under cooked. Bed and pillows comfortable. No nearby restaurants except waffle house.

Great location right off I-10. Great stopping point on a cross country trip. The Property is very nice, and quiet. The room was great, clean and well appointed. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. This was my second visit to this property and I will stay there again!

Quiet, clean, well kept, and close to the interstate for those passing through on I-10 or for those who want to stay out from Pensacola/Milton a bit. Breakfast was your standard free breakfast and the area was well kept. The work out room was small, but at least they had one. The pool area looked nice and was busy. I will stay there again when visiting the area.

Place was very clean workers were very friendly price was a bit high but enjoyable all the way around. Easy access breakfast was good and fresh coffee and or juices to start the day off on the right foot. Overall it was a very pleasant experience

This hotel will rip you off and tell you there is nothing they can do about it. I reserved 3 rooms for a Sunday night at the end of April but saw that I wasn't going to make it by Sunday and called to change the reservation to Monday night. No problem they said and changed the reservation. Today (May) they charged my card $450 for what they like to call no call/no show even though I did call. I even made sure when I checked out on Tuesday morning that I wasn't being charged for Sunday night also and the desk clerk said no. I travel a lot and I can assure you I will never stay at another Best Western due to the treatment from this one hotel. Corporate said there is nothing they can do about it but there's something I can do about it. That's the beauty of word of mouth and sites like TripAdvisor.
