We have stayed here several times and the front desk always has a friendly face. The room is very clean and well stocked and the bed is comfortable. This particular hotel has the best shower of any hotel we have stayed in there is Milton. There are also great restaurant choices no more than 10 minutes away.

There were a few hiccups in the beginning but every time something went wrong Julie, the night shift manager, was there to correct it on the spot!! The refrigerator went out, within five minutes she was there to replace it. When I couldn’t get the shade to come down in my room, again in under five minutes, she was there to fix it. Upon checking out and then checking back in, she noticed that they didn’t give me my AARP discount. She was quick to get it corrected. It’s not how people react when all is well but how they manage to get up to when life knocks you down. Julie is a true epitome of that saying. She was quiet and professional and addressed all of my concerns. She is the reason come back to a business and she is the reason I would highly recommend staying here!!!

Although the hotel was a little dated, it was clean and comfortable. The room was cozy but clean and the king bed was nice. We liked the fact there were two sinks, one in the bathroom and one outside the bathroom by the refrigerator and microwave. The shower has glass doors which is great and much preferable.

Our room smelled like a musty basement. The tub surround had been painted and the paint was coming off. The shower doors didn’t work properly. TV worked part time.
