Awful experience with Endsleigh. My baby shower was being organised by my sister and friend back in June, which unfortunately had to be rearranged due losing our grandad very suddenly. We were told we could not change the date at first and could not have our deposit back as it had already gone into their bank account… We were then told we could rebook a different date with our deposit still in tact which we did, but were soon told the date we wanted was double booked so couldn’t have it and would have to pay another deposit to secure a different date. Very confusing being told different things, clearly the staff don’t communicate properly. I’m appalled with the lack of empathy shown by the reception staff dealing with the situation, I really expected better and have been left very disappointed. We have now chosen to take our custom elsewhere!
