The first night we were there, there was a shortcut in their electricity. Only two rooms were cut and ours was one of them. The manager didn’t seem to know how to fix the problem and said it wasn’t the hotels problem. In the end after about an hour of waiting they offered us another room, since we didn’t have air conditioning in +- 30 degree heat. The day we left we realized my partner forgot his I-watch in the room. When he went back he had to look for it and eventually found it damaged and broken, hidden in a bag. He confronted them and they said this wasn’t their doing and blamed me for being negligent and breaking my partners watch and not telling him, quite ridiculous. After talking to them they agreed to give him a compensation for our damaged goods.
Overall the guy that worked at the counter (Panos) was friendly and gave us some recommendations on things to see and beaches to visit. But we won’t return here.
