Front desk service was very good. Room seemed very dim. Could be brighter … maybe start using led lighting. Tv remote didn’t work. Air conditioning was very cold which was great, but was noisy too , not so great. … cover on bed was stained.

The room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff was friendly and willing to help and answer questions. Location was perfect, as it was close to the mall and shopping.

Cost for night was great. The staff both shifts was amazing. Great service

Bed was clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Was fine for one night. But, wear your socks... housekeeping needs to be greatly improved. The floor in the entryway was sticky and there was still a sticky area in front of the refrigerator that was missed. Something was dropped and splattered in the bathroom and the lower drawers and cabinet were still dirty. The communal amenities in the shower -- large containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash -- are questionable even in non-Covid times.
