當時看雅魯藏布大峽谷裏面很多民宿雙人床都是1.2m，然後看他們家寫的雙人床1.5兩張，想着帶着孩子，肯定選1.5m的，下了訂單，到了之後才發現1.2m的。實際和網上説的完全不一致。看圖，用了華為手機測量工具，還有我兒子1.53身高。

躺在床上就能直麪雅魯藏布大峽谷的壯闊！夏天還是能看到多雄拉雪山的山巒疊嶂，雲霧繚繞，坐在落地窗前感覺心靈都被洗滌了。雲川居的選址簡直絕了！為這扇窗而來，完全值回房價！日出、日落、星空下的峽谷，每個時刻都美得像一幅流動的巨畫。在雲川居，風景是房間的主角！

三位小夥子是店主，在處理事情時缺少經驗，服務不夠好，我給了中評。希望以後真能為客户着想，好好改進。
我來之前不知道景區的管理制度不合理，這個酒店在索松村對岸。我們在索松村買了票＋景區區間車票，如果在索松村住，第二天可以退每人90區間車票，去對面住每人90不退。
我打電話給酒店，詢問這個事情是否真實，怎麼處理，能不能協商退，為什麼我之前聯繫酒店時工作人員不説明情況，如果錢退不下，能不能退房。 酒店預留的兩個號碼服務都不好，問景區這些訊息什麼都是“不知道”，讓我們自己去問，但一口咬定不能退房。
最後我們不得不去入住了。半夜11點，依然為這每人90能不能退的問題焦慮，於是聯繫了店主詢問退90方法。店主説讓我們半夜退房，去索松村定。我們當然拒絕了。在我們的提議下，店主改變處理方式。
事情最後，是我們自己解決了。
這件事，我看到了店主最後處理事情態度的改進，評價對他們是重要的。
我也希望店主以後真心為客户考慮點，要麼事前告知顧客讓人自由選擇；要麼多去打聽景區情況，告訴客人解決方法。瞞着也是沒用的，有情緒的客人給不了好的評價。
