Pleasant place to stay with a touch of Old World Charm thanks to the listed building and its striking interior. Comfortable room, not lacking in any facilities. Nice view towards Isle of Wight and The Needles from our room, even better from the small but cosy lounge. Bar snack did the job. Breakfast; wide choice and well cooked. Service very pleasant. Right on the beach with great walks in either direction. Car park accessible and close at hand. One small compliant - no Draught Guinness. Local Stout a poor substitute...

We traveled 3 hours to here for a family meal and although the staff were very friendly the service was appalling. There were 5 adults in the party and after we had ordered we had to wait one and a half hours for our food which was very mediocre to say the least. I had the chicken tarragon salad which had absolutely no taste and the lettuce was swimming in water and clearly hadn’t been dried of at all before putting in the bowl. My daughter had salad, garlic bread and macaroni cheese and we have both had upset stomachs since. When I ordered a tea I was told the urn was broken and despite it being a hotel they couldn’t seem to find a kettle or boil a saucepan of water absolutely disgusting. Certainly wouldn’t recommend this to anybody and won’t be returning next time we meet my Aunt and Uncle. So disappointing!!!

We stayed for one night over the bank holiday. We arrived early before check in time, but were able to use the car park and take a walk along the seafront. The hotel is beautiful and the gardens and surrounding areas are wonderful. Its only a 10 minute walk into Milton, with lovely shops and cafes/restaurants. We stayed in the Deluxe Plus room (no: 3), which was a good size, super comfy large bed. Amenities were great. The hotel staff were great, very friendly and always willing to help. The hotel was fully booked but did not feel busy at all. We will definitely stay again!

It's a super location on the sea front and with a free car park and pleasant garden area. The lounges are comfortable. The drinks are good. And the home-made cake is excellent. But - unless I just went on a bad day - the service seems poor these days. It's a shame but the staff do not seem particularly welcoming, nor happy in their work.

Brilliant, accommodating service. Lovely meal. Kayleigh went out of her way to make sure all our needs were met. We had a very good Sunday Roast in a room of our own.

We are regulars to the Beach House and often pop in for drinks, food and during the summer we enjoy both on the terrace. There’s a relaxed atmosphere and the staff particularly Alex is so friendly and attentive.

Great food, with exceptional service from Alex! He was very knowledgeable about the history of the building and menu! The rest of the staff were very ‘family like’ they all got along well and worked as a team very coordinated!
