Very nice hotel very welcoming, nice large room very clean. Comfy bed. Had dog they love dogs here. Lovely paddock for dog to run free. Food good staff very considerate.
Defo come back with dog.

Very comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has ample car parking and is in a very nice location not far from Milford on Sea. I would highly recommend.

The room was big very clean and modern great location excellent food and very welcoming . Staff were very friendly and efficient , so service was excellent and really enjoyed our stay . My daughter had a family room as well and that was very spacious too .

We last visited many years ago and how the hotel has changed! We had a room in the new wing which was spotless clean, well stocked with refreshments and a lovely small patio to sit out on a warm summers evening. The evening meal in the Cedar restaurant was excellent. We both had the chefs special; herb crusted trout followed by a summer fruit pavlova which were both delicious as well as extremely good value! Breakfast was well cooked too. Brilliant staff service. Recommend

We had a really fantastic stay at South Lawn Hotel!!! We were thrilled that we had been upgraded to a King Garden Room which was very spacious, clean, plenty of storage and a big comfy bed. There was a door onto a patio with lovely views of the countryside, perfect for sitting outside with a little drinkie watching the sun go down! We had a lovely meal that night in the restaurant, the food was very good as was the full English breakfast in the morning. The peaceful location and the facilities at the hotel were excellent - just a short walk to the beach to take in the fresh sea air. This was matched by the brilliant staff who really went out of their way to make our stay extra-special. Thanks to everyone for looking after us and we look forward to making a return visit very soon.

Yet again, the South Lawn Hotel was a pleasure to stay in. Hotel clean and very efficiently run by a great team. We had a garden room with a door and a lovely view of the countryside. Best of all it’s just such a relaxing, enjoyable place to stay. We look forward to our next visit

This was our third stay and again it was faultless. The staff are professional and friendly. We stayed in one of the new rooms, downstairs with a patio. The room, bathroom (and bed) were large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. And there is plenty of storage space. It was not as hot as the previous week, but a table top fan was provided, which was more than sufficient. It's great to have a fridge and the hotel generously provide free water bottle refills, appreciated by us and the environment! The patio was surprisingly private, being well partitioned off from the next room. Our only not so positive comment - the window didn't open much, and we missed not being able to open the window more at night, but being on the ground floor, this wouldn't have been practical. We ate in the restaurant both nights, good food and good value for money. We are already looking forward to our next stay!
