The front desk staff Millie Hewett had refused to reverse the charges when i wanted it to be charged to another card instead and she kept saying that it’s not possible to be done, until we insisted and wanted to escalate this matter as we had never had such difficulty with any other hotels on such request and yet she seems to be making things difficult for us.
This was not the only instance that she had made things difficult for us. The other night we had requested for 2 sets of toothbrush and she told us that the hotel only left with one set and told us to go to the nearby convenient store to get the other set. My partner had asked a couple of times and she kept insisting that’s the case. Then my husband checked with another staff that was on duty and he passed us another set of toothbrush.
I had confronted her this morning to just understand what is her issue with us and she said that the hotel should not give out too many toothbrush sets.
We are very disappointed that your staff behaved in such a manner and provide such level of service.
