Tru by Hilton Milford Cincinnati

Our one night stay was exceptional. It began with front desk clerk, Jordan, who was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived well before the 3 pm check in time but she allowed us to get our room anyway. This hotel is newer and our room reflected many popular updates like plenty of technology outlets and a beautiful tiled shower in the large bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the climate control and free WiFi were perfect. The room was not overly large but certainly adequate for our overnight stay. Our room was spotlessly clean as was the entire hotel. Breakfast was not your typical grab-n-go or continental breakfast. It was an elaborate hot breakfast that included scrambled eggs, sausage, hot and cold cereal, fresh fruit, pancakes, breads, coffee and assorted juices. The hotel's breakfast manager, Becca, was very outgoing and pleasant and made a point to interact with the guests. There is also an exercise area and pool available. We would definitely stay here again because of our first visit being so positive.

huge shoutout to the hotel staff — they were amazing from the moment we arrived. A young lady named Jayden (and another gentleman whose name I didn't catch) were so welcoming and attentive. I even saw them checking in with guests in the lobby to make sure everyone was good! When my daughter dropped her bracelet down the sink, they handled it without any drama — came right up and got it out of the drain. Just an awesome experience — can't say enough good things about them!

This was the first time I stayed at a tru by Hilton and was severely disappointed! The price for this hotel was 190 dollars which I don’t mind paying. Checking in took 15 minutes because the computer keep freezing up so the lady had to go to her office to get us checked in.The hotel was dirty, there was hair in the shower from previous guest, floor was dirty and had some sticky spots, the air conditioner was making a loud noise all night, you could hear everything due to the thin walls without soundproofing. I wish I would have saved my money and sleep in my car(probably would have sleep better) Pillows and bed not the worst but definitely not good! The next morning we found red spots on the bedding, Please save your money and stay somewhere else or you will be disappointed!!!
