The room was filthy, when we arrived the room's telephone was disconnected and sitting in the middle of one of the beds and the night stand and beds were covered with some kind of debris and there was an overflowing garbage can in the middle of the room. We complained and the hotel manager agreed to refund our money to our credit card. So taking her at her word, we did not feel it was necessary to take pictures to prove what a mess the room was. They later refused to refund the charge and claimed the room was fine.
These people run a filthy hotel, and they are liars!!
Stay at here at your own risk.
We will not be using Trip.com for anything ever again.

Every thing was wonderful! It was clean, it smelled good, I felt safe, everything worked, the shower had a cool design, the location and price were right. I’ll be back next time I’m in town

Good stay - very firm bed and no breakfast, which I would have liked to have known. The website definitely lists it, but upon arrival we were told it’s only during the summer.

Price was acceptable
Office staff friendly and helpful
There was no breakfast available even though it is still advertised as offered.
Mattress needs to be replaced.

Greatest service everything was so perfect and just amazing. No complaints. always stay there. I recommend it to everyone who gose through miles City Mt. Pleasant Dr and beautiful view. Most amazing people there always a smile on there face

Shared on a previous review. There were 7 points of poor performance. The maintenance man was excellent but was negated by the front desk’s poor performance. The room was dirty, TV took almost 2 hours to get working, heater was overly loud. Smoke detector needed a new battery. Bed /bedding shoved up against the heater: fire hazard. Furnishings showed decades of wear & tear. It was a shelter for the night was about all. But I saved $10.
