前台及客房工作人員服務熱情，態度好。客房打掃的乾淨衞生，無異味。床上用品及毛巾浴巾乾淨衞生。空調好。24小時熱水好。有電梯。有自己的停車場（免費）。環境安靜。交通方便。購物方便（約一公里沃爾瑪超市）。吃飯方便（數家快餐）約600米。智能語言控制空調及燈光。
