In the guest house you can find only one minus: No common space for breakfast, you have to pull food to your room. And so breakfast may not be super huge, but good (can be estimated at 8.6/10). My room was clean, comfortable, air conditioning works, wi-fi is in order. In general, the guest house can be recommended.
