Six Senses Kaplankaya geçen senede vakit geçirmiştik . Bu senede beklentilerimizin çok ötesindeydi. An incredible experience, an idyllic location, unbeatable service, a place we will definitely repeat. 3 beautiful beaches with restaurants. They take care of you at all times, offering exquisite service with always smiling faces. Delicious food, a large gym with plenty of machines, and a spa with highly professional masseuses. You move around the grounds in buggies that are very efficient when requesting them, and you have two contact people for anything you need: Taha and Bushra, super professional and charming. we have been very happy there!!!

Sezgun and Mehammut are the most rudest waiters I have ever seen. The hospitality is nowhere near a 5 start standard. I simply asked for some toast and Laban. I had to ask the waiter 3 times across 30 minutes and he looked confused each time about where it was. It then arrived after the 3rd time and it looked like they just gave me some left over bread they had. Not sourdough which I had asked for. I explained this and the waiter told me you may get up and get it yourself. I told him that they gave me the wrong order after 30 minutes and I should get it myself now? To which he sarcastically and with attitude responded “yes exactly get it yourself”. The rudest waiters I have ever met. Just yesterday they also dropped a plate on my shoulders - so close to my head and the waiter didn’t apologise just walked away. The manager came over and apologised and said the waiter just got nervous… all excuses. No accountability.

Séjour inoubliable dans un hôtel paradisiaque, je recommande à 100%. Nous sommes très content, le personnel eat petit soin. Un grand merci à Tuğba & Melis qui nous ont assisté durant tout le séjour, grâce à elles tout était Parfait ❤️
