Ottima posizione sul mare, pulizia buona. Unico neo la scortesia del personale delle pulizie e del personale dello stabilimento balneare, che non fa onore alla proverbiale accoglienza della Romagna. Ovviamente non è personale locale.

Valuto questo hotel nella media, posizionato vicino al mare. Personale di sala ristorante e reception molto cortesi. Ristorazione (Pranzo e Cena), al vicino Hotel Adria molto buono, con 3 scelte di piatti tra primi e secondi e gran buffet di antipasti. La colazione invece si faceva direttamente all'Hotel City nell'apposita saletta. Piscina sempre presso Hotel Adria, grande e spaziosa. Camere hotel nella media, pulite, con box doccia (Piccola) e piccolo balconcino che affacciava sul campo da tennis, mare e piscina.

It is a very quiet place at the beach, with a splendid view of the sea. One very clean hotel, with very nice and helpful staff. When you ask for something, they will help you right away. The breakfast has a wide variety of food, very clean and quiet. It is a wonderful place to have a great breakfast, before you go to enjoy the beautiful beach. The sand is extra, the sea is very shallow, a very safe place for the children to play and swim. There is a bar on the beach, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink, or have a coffee, cappuccino or a beverage. Then, for the lunch and dinner, you will have a beautiful salon at the Adria hotel, situated at 50 meters from CITY hotel. Here, during the lunch or dinner, you will get a buffet very well assorted, followed by two or three main courses. The staff is very good and the pay attention to all your requests. After the dinner, you can have a walk on the walkway direct on the beach, or have a walk in the town, where you can have a quality time. You will enjoy your vacation at this place. Try it and you’ll be very happy about your choice.

Excellent location close to the beach and about a 15-minute walk from the center. The young reception staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and plentiful, and the lunch and dinner buffet is extensive, with appetizers and side dishes at Hotel Adria. The food is good and the table service is prompt. The beach is nearby and clean. The only drawback: cleaning is done late in the morning until 2 pm, and if you book full board, you risk running into cleaning staff working in your room. Bathroom cleaning is okay, but room cleaning with a broom is a bit sketchy. I only suggest improving this aspect; otherwise, we had a great time. The price is a bit high, but in line with the area. When we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly unapproachable and dismissive, with no willingness to explain anything. She handed us the room keys and offered no information about important details like beach access or the fact that the pool and breakfast were located at a different hotel entirely. There was zero customer service, and to top it off, the welcome drink that was advertised was never provided. Honestly, given the cold reception we received, I didn’t expect much after that.
The front desk closes at midnight, and after that time, the hotel became a free-for-all. A large group of teenagers threw parties in multiple rooms around us, making it impossible to sleep until 6 AM. With checkout at 10 AM, it was hardly the restful night we had hoped for.
To make matters worse, there was a large congress happening, which made everything feel chaotic and overcrowded. While the room itself served its basic purpose, the overall experience was far from satisfactory.

Zimmer und Bad sind recht klein, aber in Ordnung. Personal ist freundlich und Frühstück im Hotel City ebenfalls ok. In 2. Septemberwoche wurde das Frühstück ins Hotel Adria verlegt. Die Organisation mit Getränkeautomaten, Barista usw. war einfach nur schlecht, weil sich etliche Menschen auf den Füßen standen und das Personal auch noch dadurch drängelte und mit dem Aufräumen nicht nachkam. Abendessen im Hotel Adria war gut. Klasse Vorspeisenbuffet. Aber Klimaanlage etwas zu kalt und zugig eingestellt.

Das Hotel war gar nicht offen ! Ich kam und es war eine Baustelle. Nun will man mir nichtmal das Geld zurückgeben!!!
