Residence 9 Line

Siamo ritornati alla nona residence e con grande stupore siamo rimasti colpiti, ora completamente ristrutturato tutto esternamente ,il nuovo nome è nona Line nuova gestione, i proprietari Ioana e Manuel Tassinari cordiali e gentili anche il personale di servizio. È illuminato alla sera, bellissimo con ogni confort, tv lcd led cassaforte, phone in bagno ,aria condizionata centralizzata nuovi serramenti nuovo è bellissimo il piano cottura della cucina e anche il tavolo con le sedie e completamente nuovo nuovo i tendaggi e i balconi e i sanitari del bagno c’è pure attacco per auto elettrica è belle le biciclette elettriche cn pedalata assistita a noleggio ci torneremo senz’altro.consigliatissimo.

Arrogant and poorly organized staff. Not equipped with the essentials for living at home, such as sponges, coffee maker, and other items. The staff is unwelcoming and quite rigid, when it should be the opposite. Not recommended if you are going in a group of friends.

Undoubtedly a lovely apartment where we stayed for a week, close to two free beaches (about a 10-minute walk in each direction). It's spacious enough and has a nice, spacious table that we used for lunch and dinner a few times, and also for me to work on my laptop. The Wi-Fi, however, is quite spotty, meaning the signal is often intermittent and the speed is quite slow. I should mention that the TV in the bedroom had very few channels, but I didn't think that was a big deal, considering we weren't on vacation to watch TV. The mattress could be improved, as were the pillows, which were a bit too soft, but overall we always slept pleasantly. Kudos to Ioana, the manager, for managing small issues (namely, she let us check in an hour early, probably seeing our sunburned faces and taking pity on us; she also helped us with the indoor parking space, which was initially unavailable). Parking is always a problem with seaside locations, as there are few, and some spots are cramped and inconvenient. Parking on the street would have meant being poor, given the prices. The colleague who worked nights was also very kind, helping us out on a couple of occasions with parking. The air conditioning worked perfectly, allowing us to sleep soundly, which would have been impossible without it (it was 37-38 degrees Celsius during the day and very humid in the evenings). Excellent value, friendly service, and an ideal location close to the center of Milano Marittima; we had a great time and would return. I recommend it!

The parking lot is small. There's not always anyone in the lobby. There's no WiFi; I tried everywhere, but nothing in 30 days. Or rather, it dropped one notch if you sat on the toilet with your phone leaning against the wall! Cleaning, bed and towel changes are only available upon request!

Poco distante dal mare e dal centro, comodo per raggiungere le altre località della Riviera e i parchi tematici. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per il ponte dell'Immacolata in un appartamento spazioso, con ampio terrazzo e tutto ciò che occorre per trascorrere belle giornate all'insegna dell'atmosfera natalizia. Abbiamo passeggiato lungo le strade del centro, caratteristica la pista di pattinaggio, gli addobbi degli alberi di Natale, le bancarelle con dolciumi ed altro ancora. Ringrazio tutto il personale della cordialità e della disponibilità dimostrata. La nostra è stata un'ottima scelta!!!

abbiamo soggiornato in questo residence a giugno e ad agosto,buon rapporto qualita' prezzo vicino alla spiaggia e a 10min dal centro.Un ringraziamento al direttore Sig.Alabisio che si e'sempre dimostrata una persona disponibile,cortese e sempre pronto a venire incontro al cliente.
