Colazione a buffet da 2 stelle e non da 4. Lasciano i clienti aspettando decine di minuti prima di riporre il cibo terminato e non passano ai tavoli per chiedere chi volesse caffe o altro (visto che nel buffet non era presente). 4 stelle senza disponibiltá di parcheggio

Terribile. L’hotel si presenta anche bene dal sito e l’ingresso é carino. I problemi arrivano dopo il check-in. Corridoi con moquette usurate e sporche. Camere datate e pulite poco e male. Ristorante disastroso con prodotti di pessima qualità. Inoltre il direttore è molto arrogante e poco collaborativo. Una volta che lasci la caparra, puoi riscontrare tutti i disservizi che vuoi ma a lui poco interessa. Mi è sembrato che l’unico fine fosse quello di far cassa, invece di fare profitti assicurandosi di fornire un prodotto ed un servizio adeguato. Esperienza Disastrosa!

6 of us stayed at the Embassy and Boston to experience the Dragon boat world championships in Ravenna. The checking in was simple and our rooms were all clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and simple continental fare no frills. We used the bar and had attentive service from Greta who was helpful and kept us supplied with nuts crisps and bar snacks. Reception staff were friendly and again helpful and the use of the hotel bicycles for free for a few hours was a great help to explore the local area. Great beaches nearby and plenty of local places to eat in the evening if not wanting to eat at the hotel. A great 3 night stay.

Siamo stati per 3 notte in questo bel oasi tranne pini marittimi nel giardino e a 200 metri dal mare. Abbiamo avuto una stanza con balcone vista mare diretta. Voglio ringraziare tutto personale per la loro disponibilità e i loro sinceri sorrisi. Quando avrò un occasione a tornare a Milano Marittima, sicuramente tornerò lì...
