Always a GREAT time at the Palace. The staff are young in training but really great. The breakfast buffet is the BEST we have ever had . The room is cool and we had a nice view . The only thing is the ocean chairs . They are in the last few rows . But if you’re not going to the beach that much it’s OK .

Die Hotelbuchung erfolgte über das hoteleigene Buchungsportal professionell. Wir hatten Strand und Tiefgarage mitgebucht. Der Empfang war freundlich. Leider erhielten wir zunächst ein Zimmer in der 6.Etage, welches nicht der gebuchten Kategorie entsprach. Nach Diskussion mit den freundlichen Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption wechselten wir am Folgetag das Zimmer und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet, Klima funktionierte einwandfrei, Sauberkeit und später Abendservice ohne jede Beanstandung. Der Beachclub ist gepflegt, mit einem guten Mittagsangebot mit sehr freundlichem und angenehmen Service. Die Liegen am Strand sind großzügig gestellt, was den Tagespreis von 65,00€ relativiert. Jeden Tag gab es vom freundlichen Bagnino frische und große Strandtücher. Das Frühstück erfolgte immer in gepflegtem Rahmen (weiß eingedeckte Tische, Stoffservietten) mit einem durchaus frischen und qualitativ guten Angebot, verbunden mit sehr freundlichem Service. Das Hotel als solches ist edel ausgestattet und strahlt eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus. Die Restaurantempfehlungen der netten Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfreich. Etwas störend waren zwei Firmenveranstaltungen, deren Besucher nicht unbedingt zu den regelmäßigen Besuchern eines hochpreisigen 5Sterne Hotels zählen. Aber alles in Allem: Gerne wieder!
