Excelente, tanto la ubicación del Hotel, la comodidad, limpieza y principalmente el servicio. Destaco la amabilidad de Alessandro "Maitre d'" o "Captain waiter" y a Nena "waitress".

All’ultimo minuto decidiamo ed andiamo in questo resort fantastico accolto come fossi un cliente di vecchia frequentazione tutto perfetto stanze veramente eleganti senza fronzoli bellissimo bagno tutto in marmo negli spazi bar lounge ovunque Poltrona Frau abbiamo fatto anche la SPA piccola ma completa, mentre per l’ultimo dell’anno hanno preparato una mega cena servita con ottimi piatti al tavolo con vino e champagne inclusi intrattenimento musicale veramente bello mai un minuto fermi ci hanno fatto divertire molto con musica e balli mentre il brunch del primo dell’anno è stato veramente incredibile con la più impensabile delle prelibatezze I pomeriggi includevano break di dolci cioccolato the e vin brûlé. Abbiamo avuto l’onore di essere sempre stati assistiti dall’ogni presente signor Morris direttore di questa eccellenza sempre attento alle nostre esigenze/richieste, che dire come non potremo ritornare! Villa Regina si presenta come una struttura elegante e ben posizionata, ma la sua classificazione come hotel 4 stelle appare un po’ generosa. La location è curata e l’atmosfera complessiva è piacevole, anche se non raggiunge i livelli di un 4 stelle puro. La serata di Capodanno è stata senza dubbio il punto forte del soggiorno: l’organizzazione dell’evento è stata impeccabile. Il servizio dei camerieri è stato di alta qualità, con personale attento e disponibile. L’animazione e lo spettacolo musicale sono stati di alto livello, offrendo un intrattenimento coinvolgente e ben strutturato per tutta la durata della serata. Tuttavia, c’è un aspetto che ha deluso: l’organizzazione dell’aperitivo iniziale. Il numero di camerieri era insufficiente per gestire l’afflusso di ospiti ed il cibo poco rispetto al numero di persone presenti. Questo ha creato disagi e affollamenti intorno ai camerieri per accaparrarsi il cibo.
