Excellent location, Nice looking hotel, very dark in the lobby though. Room lovely, big and clean but extremely noisy, we both had to check as it actually sounded like a window was open but it wasn’t it was closed, so disturbed sleep . Shower was weak in pressure. Style over use, the sink taps are extremely difficult to use if wet soapy hands. The toilet flush was constantly flowing so noisy. No English to at all available except news. No timer working on the tv which is a huge issue for me as I fall asleep with the tv on. Tea/coffee services ok but only 1 useable tea as we only drink breakfast tea, the other offers were fruit/herbal tea. If we wanted more it would be €2 each tea bag and no milk available only a creams. I asked them to swop the unusable tea for the tea we drink and I never got a response or replied, basically just ignored.

The service of the hotel is invincible, much better than traditional high-end luxury hotels. There are only a dozen rooms in the hotel, and the service is one-to-one. The rooms are large, especially suitable for a family. The biggest highlight of the hotel is the invincible view, the most beautiful view of Milan is right in front of your eyes. The breakfast is very good. Ctrip does not include breakfast and the direct restaurant bill is 48 euros per person. It is very good, and the service is very considerate. Since I got up late, the waiter told me to eat slowly. It doesn't matter if we charge after you finish eating. It's really sweet.

Hotel are located at the heart of Milan. Many places are walkable from the hotel. The room is clean and has most amenities that you need. I've chosen a pink room and it looks so sweet and I love it. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next return to Milan.

I recently spent 3 nights at the iH Hotels Milano Ambasciatori and had a pleasant stay. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the Duomo and other major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a decent-sized bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the front desk team who assisted me with directions and recommendations. The breakfast buffet was good, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. I also appreciated the hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and the free Wi-Fi. My only suggestion for improvement would be to update the room decor, which felt a bit dated. Additionally, the air conditioning could have been stronger. Overall, I would recommend the iH Hotels Milano Ambasciatori for its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.

Good location! Easy to go to attractions and shopping! The curtains in the room cannot be pulled, and the hotel attendant needs help every night. The waiter's attitude is very ordinary, because this should be the responsibility of the maintenance department, but everyone in the maintenance department at night ...

The location is excellent, almost fifty meters to the cathedral and the frescoes. Breakfast was very good. The waiter was very polite

Hotel location is very close to the castle (less than 5mins walk). Plenty of food choices around. Good for both business/leisure trip. Room is generally clean and comfortable, and breakfast served was of good standard.

Italians have a bad attitude and temper, and I don't know where this confidence comes from. However, the waiters of the Milan Mandarin Hotel are still trained according to global standards, which still makes the occupants very comfortable. Can be said to be worth the price. But don't expect anything higher.

The rooms are very old and the furniture very worn. The bedside tables have no socket to be able to charge the mobile phone which can be charged in a socket at the back of the room and very far from the bed. The breakfast is served by the hotel staffs so cannot be called buffet breakfast. But one of the good thing is, hotel located at Duomo, very convenient.
