The room was great, with facilities from the refrigerator, oven, washing machine, microwave dishwasher and kitchenware. A satisfactory stay and the traffic is very convenient. Your inconvenience is that check-in is too troublesome, there is no hotel front desk, the phone can not get through, because it is a domestic software, it is also very inconvenient to send emails. Still let a friend in Milan check in. To be honest, if foreign travel experience is not rich, or my foreign language is very poor, famous complaint communication is a very painful thing.

I was very happy to find such nice place like this in good location in Milan the only thing is that there is no any sign of the smart hotel no name on the door who is booking through agency and have no contact it will be big problem specially if you come after 18.00 hours or week end as the door is closed
But In spite of that the stay was good and they can get really 5 stars

We had a great stay at this Milan retreat. The location is excellent — convenient and easy to get around. The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is newly renovated, well equipped, and spacious.
Although a late check-out wasn’t provided, the host kindly offered access to their nearby office so we could freshen up before our late-night flight, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Очень просторные апартаменты с кухней, современный ремонт и хорошая локация в 5 минутах ходьбы от парка семпионе и от которого по пешеходной улицы попадаешь прямо к Дуомо.
Из особенностей. Нет ресепшн и нужно заранее по письмо о подтверждении пройти онлайн регистрацию, чтобы получить пароли для доступа.

It is indeed very close to the city center and convenient for going out. The hotel staff is very friendly and luggage can be stored for free. Although the hot water supply for showers is not long. In summary, I still recommend everyone to stay here 👍🏻

Das Apparthotel Bossi ist super gelegen, ganz nah am M1 Metro Cardusio. Alles ist sehr sauber und einfach, aber ausreichend wenn man in Mailand den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Gerne wieder!

Gguzheng2The hotel is located next to the cathedral, in an excellent location. The rooms are very comfortable, very clean, and the layout is very reasonable and spacious. There are bathtubs and showers. I highly recommend it! There is no free bottled water in the room, which I have to complain about.

NntzhuminExcellent location, convenient transportation, close to shopping malls, Milan Cathedral is not far away, 10 minutes walk, not many breakfast varieties, breakfast room service is too poor, for first-timers, no introduction, I only figured it out when I was waiting for coffee, some meals need to look at the menu to order, ask the waiter to order, he said to wait for his colleagues to take our order, he was not busy and did not do any service, I don't know if it is separate table service, once I sat down and ordered coffee, it took more than 10 minutes to serve, waited for a long time, finally ordered 2 boiled eggs, it took more than 20 minutes to serve, the whole morning was spent in the breakfast room, impatient people, not recommended to have breakfast in any hotel

SShanghaiqiushuzhenPros: The room was upgraded to premium, the hotel and the room smelled good, the minibar and refrigerator were free, a pad could control the entire room, the breakfast was rich with both cold and hot dishes, the service was very friendly and they would remember the guest's name to greet them, and the club sandwich from the room service was more delicious than expected!
Cons: No HBO, the switch on the wall in the room was too bright and affected my sleep at night, and there was no hook at the door of the shower room, which was inconvenient to put towels.

YYIWENThere are only 3 rooms without a house. It is not a hotel / hotel at all. There is no service desk. One-room households cost 150 Euros a day, and the 4-star hotel UNA HOTEL has a lobby, and the restaurant is readily available for 120 Euros a day. I was poisoned in the suite. Actually it was one of the suites. Ha ha

It takes just over ten minutes by subway to reach major attractions, and Leonardo da Vinci’s Last Supper is even within walking distance. The room is very clean and well-equipped with a TV, air conditioning, microwave, and more. However, I found it odd that no quilt cover was provided—instead, two sheets were used to wrap the quilt. The quilt had a noticeable smoky odor, which made the lack of a proper cover even more puzzling. I asked the staff twice for a quilt cover, but they flatly refused.
