Hotels in Central Station Area, Milan

Good location just in front of “ glam hotel@ in front of central train station which is convenient to travel, the hotel was quite new but one elevator was out of order so need to wait for more than 10mins to get down since the elevator is quite small if you need to bring the luggages with you and there is no porter to help the luggages since there is a lot of steps in front door! However, the reception is very friendly and helped me arrange a bigger and quiet room to sleep, will come back again in my next trip!

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, the room is clean and spacious for 3. Variety food choices for breakfast. Hotel location is good, less than 10mins walk from Centrale station.

A nice surprise! An excellently managed hotel near the train station. The metro is less than 100m. We got upgraded to a better room. Super helpful and friendly staff .. Will stay there again or in the different cities.

Location is central and very convenient. Buses to shopping outlet and airport just 2 mins walk away. Room is clean and have the basic amenities. The front desk guy with glasses is very helpful is providing local food recommendations. Breakfast can be improved.

Good location as it is near the train station. The view was great and able to watch the beautiful sunrise every morning. The place was clean and staff were friendly. The only bad thing was that the hotel itself was a little difficult to find as there was no big sign and you had to take an elevator down from the street level to go to the lobby.

Hotel is considerably big. Clean and comfortable room. Location was about 5 mins to the Milan station. Check-in was fast but was given a double room instead of twin as per our request. Requested for a room change but needed to wait about 10 mins and was given a lower floor room instead. An all-in-one hair and body wash was attached to the bathroom and basin which was a little difficult to press to use. Preferred hair and shower to be separated and conditioner to be provided. Overall a good stay.

The hotel is in a good location, and the breakfast is great for a Milan hotel at this price. It is very cost-effective and the location is safe next to the main road. However, the hotel management is chaotic and a bit embarrassing. First, I booked three nights and was charged the city tax for three nights, but that night I was told that I had to check out the next day, and I only booked one day. Secondly, I bought breakfast at the front desk when I arrived at the hotel, but I did not buy it later. However, through the follow-up and active communication of Ctrip customer service, everything was finally resolved. The process of wrangling in the middle was quite annoying. If the price of this hotel is a little higher, it will not be worth it, but the price is really nothing to say.

Great location to stay, 3 mins walking distance from Milano centrale station, easy to find convenient store and restaurant nearby. Enjoyed our stay for there for few nights!

The location is the best. The route from Linete Airport to Jungang Station is convenient and cheap, but the restaurant in this hotel is also good. However, since there is no desk and no place to enjoy coffee easily, you have to head to the station, which is also good because Jungang Station is a department store with good restaurants. Overall facilities are not the best, but they are not inconvenient. However, the fact that there is not enough place to rest and does not provide simple drinks is different from other Best Westerners in Milan. The cleanliness and quiet environment are excellent even though they are near Jungang Station. The hotel's elevator is very narrow and slow, so it is good to keep in mind, and water is provided only on the first day of stay, which is a very stingy part.
