Our stay at Grand Visconti Palace in Milan was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The service was excellent — the staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel facilities were impressive and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, spacious, and elegantly designed, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day exploring the city. The spa and common areas were also beautifully organised and added great value to the overall experience.
We were very pleased with the food as well. The breakfast offered a wide and high-quality selection, and everything was fresh and delicious. Dining at the hotel was an enjoyable experience, both in terms of taste and service.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. Grand Visconti Palace exceeded our expectations, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Milan. We would definitely love to return in the future.
The hotel door is very hidden and is usually closed. If you go to the door and call or someone inside will open the door after seeing it, I thought I had gone the wrong way when I arrived on the first day. The elevator has an old-fashioned gate, which gives it a retro feel, but the room is still quite clean and tidy. The balcony faces other residents of the old house, but it is not noisy.
Good service, breakfast is OK, Milan Fashion Week is basically 2k a night. In fact, there is a low cost performance. The room has a problem. After the internal lock, the outside card can be opened. This security is a bit problematic. The service is really warm and friendly. Breakfast cappuccino is absolutely perfect.
Very friendly reception staff, detailed guidance and could help us to keep our luggage after checked out. 7 mins walking distance to metro station, just 4mins to Duomo di Milano.
Parking is very convenient! The front desk is conscientious and responsible. I met two Iraqi dentists. They chatted and were very friendly to Chinese people. Then three children from the UK came. They took off their shoes and the smell was a bit strong. Alas! Young people are full of blood and there is nothing we can do.
I had a very comfortable stay. The kindness of the staff was also impressive. The room is rather small and the heating is not available at dawn. As much as coffee is provided in the lobby, but free water is not provided in the room. There are plenty of drinks in the refrigerator, but it would be more reasonable to buy and eat at the mart next to the hotel. The transportation is also relatively convenient. It was even better that the surrounding commercial district did not cause any inconvenience to daily life.
The hotel is not a hotel, but there are no reception but specific instructions for accessing your room are given by SMS before your arrival. The apartment with a stay in the common parts, has 3 rooms with private entrance bathroom and WC. Ideally well placed, I recommend this accommodation for short stays.
Hotel location is very good, downtown. It is very convenient to get there and walk. The hotel room was small, the bed was small and the stay was not very comfortable. Breakfast is average, but there are few varieties.

Really enjoyed the stay and to be honest, was very positively surprised how beautiful the place was. We enjoyed the gym- you do have to ask for towels but it has brand new Technogym equipment. The garden in the court yard was perfectly maintained. Service was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, washing machine was a bonus, kitchen had all the kit and bathroom was clean, modern with fancy shower gel. We got a last minute bargain but we’d be happy to come back!
Lived once, this time the room is big, there are slippers! Breakfast is average, 8 euros, it is recommended to go outside to eat! But the hotel's coffee is very good! Family hotel, the front desk is very friendly, close to the subway, but the surrounding is noisy!
Facilities: relatively simple, the area is very small, about 8 square meters, the price is high, two-star standard
Hygiene: General, outdated facilities
Environment: Apartment remodeled hotel, no label on the 6th floor
Service: General Service
