This is our first leg of the trip which we have stayed 2 nights in Milan. Everything was great and Tatiana was superb in helping us for ways to get the hotel and sight seeing. The room was massive and has everything you needed. Taxi station was a 10 seconds walk across the street and so is the metro. A good 10 mins walk will get you to the duomo. We cannot ask for more for a better stay. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel if you do need any food etc.

La chambre est propre avec un balcon vue sur la ville, mais sur le site c’est marquer un hôtel, mais c’est un appartement avec des chambres mais au niveau des personnels ils sont gentils c’était le seule point négatif

Great hostel!
It is located in a beautiful building. I took a bed in a room for 6 girls. The room had its own bathroom. Everything is clean and modern. The kitchen has everything you need. A great bonus: the bar at the hostel. On weekends, musicians play there. At the same time, the soundproofing is excellent: you can't hear the bar from behind the door.

I had a single room which was newly renovated and seemed larger then the advertised size. Appreciated the in-room safe and fridge, as well as the strong internet. My room faced into the spacious internal courtyard (see pic) so was very quiet. Enjoyed the guest break-out area with complementary coffee machine and water (see pic). A special shout-out to the excellent staff for their help with information about all things Milano!! Many many dining options within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. My only regret being that I was only there for one night! An excellent hotel in every way!!

LLaraEverything is good apart from no hot water on second day of our trip, cuz hot water system was broken. And it was very cold that night, we have shower with cold water.

GGuest UserThe exterior of the hotel is not very good, but the inside is clean and renovated. It is ３ minutes from the station and it is very convenient to be close to the duomo. There are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, so nothing is inconvenient. It was good to be quiet after 10 o'clock. Weekends are unknown.
Breakfast is limited in variety, but there are croissants, bread, cereal, fruit, cafe, juice, and plenty of food.
It's a pity that the only shower was very narrow.

Breakfast did not take, as for the same money (even smaller) you can have breakfast in any cafe nearby. A little confused the moment that before leaving you should leave the key on the recipe, but its okay. Global complaints are not. The rooms are more cute than on the photo.

ККазаковАлексейVery clean, modern and conveniently located apartments. The moment of getting the keys is a little uncomfortable. But the office is located at the station where you come from the airport, so you can pick up the keys and do your business.
The apartments are clean, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. Everything is single, including a sponge for washing dishes.

SStellaLouWe had an enjoyable 4-night stay here! Rooms were clean and the bed was soft and comfy, as expected of every Novotel hotels! Love the huge and spacious lobby and lounge area even though we did not use it but it looks so cosy and well furnished! Location wise is a little far from the city centre but there are trams outside the hotel that will take you there in 30mins. Do note that the air-cons do not work during cold season so everyone have to open their windows for natural air-con :)

LLloyd88I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel , I can advise that Trip.com should update the photos as they are out of date and the hotel appears to have been refurbished since the pics were taken. The hotel is more modern now. The room had everything I needed including a fridge. Reception is 24hrs and you must leave the keys at the fd every time you leave which is actually quite convenient. Upon check out , the hotel staff kindly let me check put an hour late without any penalty , many thanks for a pleasant stay.

WWalySouFriendly people except the reception lady with long hair she been so rude. You will have much fun all time music and party's, the rooms are bad isolated you hear the people from the next room talking in your room, even the sound of rain is so hard ,that we start wondering it's not raining inside
