With a large group of colleagues we stayed at Palazzo Viridis for a trade fair. It was a very positive experience. The building has just been renovated, everything is very clean and comfortable. Welcoming, beautiful and bright rooms, bathrooms equipped with everything you need. Rich and varied breakfast. I especially appreciated the willingness of the management to accommodate our requests regarding timetables. Excellent location in an area full of restaurants, in the center of Milan, very well served by public transport.
After reading all the mixed reviews, I won't lie, I was not sure what to expect. The images on the site looked great so I stayed optimistic. We landed at Bergamo and got a coach transfer to Milan Centrale which was around €60. We had 2 large suitcases so got a private taxi to the hotel which was roughly €20. Be prepared to do lots of walking!! We checked in at 2pm and paid the local tax, and the staff were lovely, all bar one who was always a bit grumpy !! The staff were more than accommodating and welcomed us so well and one of the ladies gave my children a little Minions activity pack each which they loved. Breakfast was included in our package which I didn't realise- brilliant! The selection was good and I was impressed by how many alternative milks they had as well catering to those with intolerances/allergens ie a gluten free diet. (I would however recommend that the gluten free items be placed further away from the pastries and cakes to prevent cross contamination, as well as a separate toaster) Fresh juice was available everyday as well as a good selection of fruit salad, cakes, pastries and different kinds of teas. I would suggest a few more options for those that do not eat meat. Nonetheless the breakfast was great- especially the marble cake!! We had use of the pool and gym included. My children would stay in the pool all day if they could but it was great to cool down in as it is incredibly hot!! The gentleman at the desk suggested taking the 27 tram into the city centre, and this is just a short walk away from the hotel. It takes roughly 20 mins max to get to the centre and runs every 10 mins which is great. We purchased a travel card (3 day and 2 day separately) for €12 and €8 which covered bus, train, tram and metro. (These can be purchased at convenience stores or the metro station). Children also travel free on public transport as far as I know. The rooms were big enough for us and were tidy on arrival. We didn't need housekeeping everyday but the ladies who did come in did a fabulous job and didn't disrupt any of our items. These ladies were lovely and always smiled when we greeted them. We had air conditioning which was a god send as it was very hot during our visit- nearly 40°C!! WiFi is included but you have to get daily codes which was a bit annoying but the gentleman at the desk gave us enough to cover the last few days of our trip. The hotel was clean and tidy as well as smelling nice- I need to know what fragrance is used in the lobby!! The staff were great and I cannot thank them enough for all their help during our staff, they are a credit to the Novotel chain. I'm really sorry I didn't catch any names during our stay, but can gladly recommend this hotel to my friends and family! Arrivederci!!
Good location with nice decorations, the room was really nice. But just one thing i dont understand is i am platinum member but my room was lowest floor with parking view just in front of the elevator so ppl can see us every time when we opened the door. And one of room was accessible room.. but didnt inform us about this. So it was a bit disappointed but the room was actually good. Before arrival i saw my room was upgraded but when we actually arrive no more upgrade and accessible room in front of elevator. Reception staff was friendly and the breakfast staff, the lady was nice too. Breakfast quality was great too. Actually everything was really good but just a little sad about room assignments. But it is still one of nice hotel in Milan.

I chose this because of my work. My friend told me that they belonged to Gucci. The hotel is very new and has just been renovated, and the facilities are good. The front desk is also very welcoming. There are two rows of free parking spaces in front of the parking, as well as a fee but there is a basic free of charge at night. The only thing that is not satisfactory is breakfast, some are too simple, even a milk must ask the waiter to take
Small hotel but clean and comfortable. Private parking available at 20 euro a night not so easy to use but with restricted access. Book in advance on the hotel site to get discount. Kind staff. Optional breakfast at 10 euro. Comfortable bed and essential forniture.
Structure near the center of Milano, excellent accommodation , with honest prices , just a few steps from the Passant Dateo , very friendly staff available, despite my arrival time that passed the check-in time, They were so kind to wait for me for more than half an hour .
The room looks antique and classical, the facilities are European, clean, the environment is very good, the service is warm, we have to charge 4 euros per person for two people to enter the door, and 20 euros for check-out in the morning. I don't know what the cost is?
The location of the hotel is very good, very convenient to Milan Cathedral Breakfast is very rich, Italian special breakfast The service is very good, take the initiative to help us with the suitcase, and we have the patience to help us write down the note when we give us directions.
I am currently staying at the Sonder Atelier in Milan, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Before my arrival, I noticed a significant price discrepancy between what I paid and the lower rate available on *******. When I reached out to Sonder support, I expected a reasonable resolution, but instead, I was met with dismissive and condescending communication from their representative, Margita. Despite making a simple request, I was not given any real assistance. Worse still, when I checked in and asked to speak with a manager, I was repeatedly denied the manager’s contact information. Eventually, I was put on the phone with someone named Rafaele, who admitted he wasn’t a manager but refused to escalate my issue to one. This deliberate lack of transparency and avoidance of accountability is completely unacceptable. Sonder seems to hide behind policies rather than actually caring about guest satisfaction. If you’re looking for a property where you’ll be treated fairly and with respect, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. I am currently still at this property and urge management to reach out to me immediately to address this issue. Failing to do so will only confirm that guest satisfaction is not a priority for Sonder. I will be sure to share my experience on additional platforms if this is not resolved promptly. Avoid this property if you expect any level of professionalism or transparency during your stay.

GGuest UserJust the most wonderful oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Milan. Situated off the main roads, this tradition Milanese house has been restored and beautifully decorated. I like walking so was happy to be out of the main busy parts of the city. The beautiful streets make for such an enjoyable stroll to the Cathedral and Fashion quarter (about 45 mins walk away). La Foresteria's host is charming, polite and helpful. From checking in to (sadly, didn't want to leave) checking out, my stay what what was great discovery. Linate Airport is 4 or 5 stops on the Metro (Susa), which is about 6 minutes walk away. Looking forward to going back again. Emma
NNora AberrahLa chambre est propre avec un balcon vue sur la ville, mais sur le site c’est marquer un hôtel, mais c’est un appartement avec des chambres mais au niveau des personnels ils sont gentils c’était le seule point négatif
GGuest UserGreat hostel with super friendly and helpful staff. This hostel provides plenty of entertainment in the evenings, also has a bar that does some food abut the best thing about the bar is the Happy Hour we’re it’s buy 2 get 3 so I was able to have 3 pints of Moretti for €10. Also there is free breakfast from 7.30 til 10.30. The rooms along with the toilets and showers are basic like in any hostel but are kept clean. The only downside is that you can’t buy any beer or alcohol from the outside and drink it anywhere inside the hostel including the rooms but it wasn’t a big issue. The location is not too bad, you can walk to the Central Station in 45 minutes and the Douomo di Milano Cathedral in about 25 minutes or there is public transport near by. All in all I really enjoyed my 3 nights there and met some great people. I’d not had boy recommend this hostel but I’d have no problems staying there again if I’m ever back in Milan.
GGuest UserDelizia Hotel ist wirklich gute Adresse. Preis-Leistungverhäktnis ist gut. Ich habe direckt bei Hozel gebucht. War mit 2 Kindern. Kein Stress, keine Probleme. Das Hotel ist sauber. Im Flur und im Zimmer wird wirklich gut geputzt. Bad ist sauber. Das Zimmer ist gut. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Sauber. Man gühlzät dich wohl. Wir kommen gerne wieder. GGuest UserThis is a tiny hotel located in a strategic spot. Easy to reach the center and also the train station. My room was huge, very clean, with a windows and a small balcony too. There is a heater, and in case you can even use the AC to heating up the room. The hotel is on a secluded corner, so it is quite at night. The area is full of restaurants, shops, pharmacies etc.. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they offered me hot tea during two very cold nights. Breakfast was good. *There is no elevator and the some rooms are on the second floor
MMeech_momLocation is great if you take train and walk to the hotel it isn’t far. breakfast buffet is pretty small but overall is great. We had to ask to come look at our room since the AC wasn’t work properly and the front desk guy( not the one we checked in with who was very nice) was pretty upset to have to come and check for us. But everything else is great!
GGuest UserFirst of all, this hotel is next to Dateo station, but the introduction says it is near Victoria station, so I walked from Victoria station for more than ten minutes, so why not write a little bit? Let's just forget it, the front desk brother has a very good attitude, the other is to ignore it, breakfast is generally only OK. The room is very noisy on the street. It is recommended that you bring earplugs or you cannot sleep at night. At first I thought it would be OK to accept it. But I stayed for five days and the last two days went offline ... Everyone understands how terrible it is to travel without a network. Who would book a hotel without internet? They just said sorry and it's gone, so what about my net? How much trouble has caused me, no practical action and compensation at all. Sorry to be useful here? Not recommended
