The hotel is in a good location for taking the tram and is close to the Duomo Cathedral. The hotel is clean and well-managed, and the staff is friendly. The windows open wide and there is a courtyard, so it is not stuffy. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and there were many kinds of juice, but it was even better because you could squeeze it yourself. The cozy shower gown and large, soft towels made washing a pleasure.

Great service provided by Sara and the team! Enjoy our stay at the new Nemi hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is about a 15-20mins walk from popular brand boutiques and slightly more to the duomo. Definitely recommend to stay here.

It was very horrible trip in Italy, the first day I arrived the Novotel Linate hotel my backpack was stolen in the hotel lobby almost full valuable stuff lost, it was most upset and traumatic experience I Ever had. You can’t imagine how bad it is in the hotel lobby, really ridiculous and unimaginable.
The most awful thing I didn’t get any apologies from hotel. I reported the case to police station in Milano by myself, although I pleased to check the camera video and refused by hotel due to the dame human rights excuse, I am wondering if the stuff from hotel were stolen , won’t you check the camera or not? It was very suck for the Milano police, I am shame on them , in the past 20 days, nothing progress from them , moreover they seem didn’t come to hotel check after my report in their office. Very baaaaaaaad

The second time I stayed, I was given a room at noon, this time the room is better than a year ago. Except that it is not too big, I like it very much. Milan is like this, the room is bigger and the price has gone up
I came again a year later, the waiter in the restaurant still remembered me and happily chatted with me
The location is perfect, shopping and the cathedral are all within walking distance
There are Chinese and Japanese restaurants at the entrance of the hotel
The hotel has a rich breakfast and delicious coffee

The front desk staff was very friendly. There was a washing machine with the capacity of a baby washing machine, so I did my laundry that day and it dried in one day, which was great. If you ask the front desk, they will lend you a drying rack. The heating worked well, the bedding was clean, and I was able to travel without worry for 3 nights and 4 days. The location is far from the city center, but there is a subway and tram station nearby, so it wasn't bad to get around. It was my favorite accommodation personally.

Great location, beautiful rooms and nice views. Delicious breakfast.
Staff members were inefficient and in the morning my room card stopped working, right before train departure. I had to run three times to the lobby to convince them my card was not working!

I chose this because of my work. My friend told me that they belonged to Gucci. The hotel is very new and has just been renovated, and the facilities are good. The front desk is also very welcoming. There are two rows of free parking spaces in front of the parking, as well as a fee but there is a basic free of charge at night. The only thing that is not satisfactory is breakfast, some are too simple, even a milk must ask the waiter to take

They don’t have their own Parking garage. The window of our room was closed and could not be opened so we couldn’t see outside. It would have been better if the rooms are not that old fashioned. Should have been moderned a bit more. they don’t have elevators which creates a problem for the transportation of big luggages.
In short I’m not really satisfied staying there.

WWalySouFriendly people except the reception lady with long hair she been so rude. You will have much fun all time music and party's, the rooms are bad isolated you hear the people from the next room talking in your room, even the sound of rain is so hard ,that we start wondering it's not raining inside

Breakfast did not take, as for the same money (even smaller) you can have breakfast in any cafe nearby. A little confused the moment that before leaving you should leave the key on the recipe, but its okay. Global complaints are not. The rooms are more cute than on the photo.

LLloyd88I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel , I can advise that Trip.com should update the photos as they are out of date and the hotel appears to have been refurbished since the pics were taken. The hotel is more modern now. The room had everything I needed including a fridge. Reception is 24hrs and you must leave the keys at the fd every time you leave which is actually quite convenient. Upon check out , the hotel staff kindly let me check put an hour late without any penalty , many thanks for a pleasant stay.

ККазаковАлексейVery clean, modern and conveniently located apartments. The moment of getting the keys is a little uncomfortable. But the office is located at the station where you come from the airport, so you can pick up the keys and do your business.
The apartments are clean, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. Everything is single, including a sponge for washing dishes.
