Self-service hotel, it is recommended to contact the hotel staff on the day of check-in, it is best to contact the WhatsApp, because the phone is basically not open. The staff are very fast to respond and receive through WhatsApp, have a good attitude and check-in quickly.
The room is not big, but the whole is very clean. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the window is not very soundproof. At night, the street vehicles will pass by.
This is the most satisfying hotel we have traveled in Italy. The facilities in the house are particularly complete, with washing machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, hot water bottle, refrigerator. Pots and pans are all complete. We cooked pasta and baked pizza. The suite is large and does not hold tight for eating. Clean and comfortable. Electric blinds are also the first time to see them. There are air conditioning, TV, sofas in the house. The oil painting decorations on the wall are very distinctive and give people a comfortable and pleasant feeling. The traffic is particularly convenient and it is too close to the subway. There is a Carrefour supermarket across the road and a dessert shop downstairs. There is a self-check in video, which is not laborious. There is an elevator, although it is narrow, but it is better than nothing. We stayed for two nights and especially liked it.

Wonderful, modern hotel. A+ service. Location is adjacent to Chinatown but out of the way. Good news is the M5 subway is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and super EZ to navigate. The POOL on the roof is FANTASTIC when the weather is scorching. Literally, amazing to have that available.
It was a neighboring block where our room was on the 4th floor along with the other few more and the ”community kitchen” (which we didn't use or know to open because we were given keys with which we could not open anything (not known to do so) and we use the code provided on all doors to access the building and rooms).
The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable.
The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and clean.
We found a restaurant to which we would be safe very close to the hotel ”Monopoli”.
Rooms about 20min from the center walking, though very close to the metro stop ”Jerusalem” (for which they don't want to walk) though on the way you can find different places and sites to go to take something like ”La Buttiga Beer Room” in the entrance to the Chinese neighborhood.
We enjoyed it great, and we rested what we could (because we didn't stop much) super well at Green Ribon.
¡ Thank you, boys!
The room size is OK, it is also very clean, the breakfast is OK, but the hotel facilities are too old, the refrigerator heater is too noisy, you can only unplug the refrigerator, the outside environment noise is too loud, and there is no sound insulation,,
The transportation is OK, it is very close to the train station and subway station, but parking is very inconvenient, parking outside is very tight, and the hotel parking garage is also inconvenient, you have to ask someone to open the door every time you enter and exit.
Location is good to take various public transports going into the city centre. Room is spacious and offer kettle for hot water. Just as usual the door sound proofing is a bit weak. Time to time we can hear guests passing by speaking at the hallway.

Great
ZZaoqiazhuAlthough the hotel's decor has a slightly 20th-century feel (even reminiscent of 1990s China), it's very clean overall. There are complimentary welcome fruits, lemon tea, and orange tea on the ground floor. The thoughtful details in the rooms are rare to find in Italy, such as shower caps, vanity kits, and even Italian-style bidets, though not commonly used by Chinese guests. The overall cleanliness is excellent, and the staff are very welcoming (even if they only speak Italian). A double room can be converted into a twin room; it seems European hotels often use two single beds pushed together to create a double bed.
GGuest UserFront Restaurant Clean All hotel staff are friendly and wonderful hospitality. Located in a quiet residential area, you can walk to the park with the Peace Gate. The facility is a quaint old building, but I liked it and booked it this time. In the daytime, it seems that construction operators are always in good condition for maintenance. I'm sure I will stay again. grazie mille.
BBolandexuexiadaosiyuefenThe proprietress is Chinese, and some employees are also. The decoration style of the room made me feel like I was back in China and it was very comfortable to live in. There is a bus stop when I go out, and it is a few minutes away from the address M5, and the tram is also very close. Breakfast is not bad, the air conditioning is very powerful!
The hotel and the block are very quiet and safe! Living is very comfortable and very close to the stadium. There is a feeling of going to the distant relatives' house. If I come to Milan again, I will come again. Super!
Ddas GefühlThe mattresses are so comfortable! The location’s great (a supermarket is right across the street). The food is decent. The staff are very friendly. It’s totally worth the cost.
ZZack15Pretty good location in the heart of Chinatown. Downside is it’s 8mins walk from nearest metro station. Decently close to tram station, but takes forever for one to come. Also note that the hotel is OLD. Breakfast is bad too so don’t bother and just eat in Chinatown. Plenty of options.
GGuest UserFirst of all, about the service, the hotel staff left a deep impression on me. From check-in to check-out, every employee showed a very high professionalism and hospitality attitude. Whether it is the reception staff at the front desk or the waiter in the restaurant, I can quickly and accurately answer my questions and meet my needs.
In terms of facilities, the hotel's hardware facilities are very complete. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, and the decoration style was modern and elegant. The beds are comfortable and make people sleep well.
As for the food, the hotel restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes. The breakfast selection is rich and the restaurant environment is very elegant, which makes me feel more enjoyable when I eat.
Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel stay. Excellent service, perfect facilities and delicious food together constitute an unforgettable trip memory.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable for the location, 2 steps from CityLife and Milano Fiera to understand us. There are many restaurants and pizzeries and services around. Also the column for the loading of electric cars.
I paid one single: very noiseless room; very uncomfortable bed; no co-terrace; fresh room thanks to the thermoconvector always on; bathroom with toilet discharge inacceptable in 2023 (a heft to be turned to close and open the discharge); Breakfast to be reviewed.
I advise the owner to give a ”repowdered” to the whole hotel and stay along with the time.
