The service of the hotel is invincible, much better than traditional high-end luxury hotels. There are only a dozen rooms in the hotel, and the service is one-to-one. The rooms are large, especially suitable for a family. The biggest highlight of the hotel is the invincible view, the most beautiful view of Milan is right in front of your eyes. The breakfast is very good. Ctrip does not include breakfast and the direct restaurant bill is 48 euros per person. It is very good, and the service is very considerate. Since I got up late, the waiter told me to eat slowly. It doesn't matter if we charge after you finish eating. It's really sweet.

Andrea, the PR manager, is definitely the best I met in Milan, Bologna and Parma. He is extremely helpful with excellent hospitality. Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price. Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.

Отель работает по принципу апартаментов, что очень удобно: есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, при этом ощущение уюта как дома. Всё здесь невероятно мило, эстетично и стильно оформлено — видно, что каждая деталь продумана с любовью. Интерьер современный, всё абсолютно новое и безупречно чистое.
Отдельное удовольствие — просыпаться и видеть за окном главную площадь города. 💛
Однозначно рекомендую всем, кто хочет насладиться атмосферой Милана в максимально комфортных условиях!
