Shopping is very convenient near the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Milan. The hotel service is courteous. Because I forgot to bring an adapter plug, they even gave me a plug to use. The room is very well-equipped. The room I chose this time also has a terrace. The surrounding view is very good. Next I will choose this hotel again.

The worst hotel on this trip! Barely one! The hotel room is completely different from the one in the picture. Even the international student who sent us said that it was just like a homestay. It was good to occupy a location~ The room I booked has a carved wall and an external balcony in the picture~ It is completely different from my room. I went to the hotel front desk to ask about this issue. The front desk said that these are all display pictures. I said, but I showed you the room picture on my order, not the picture on the hotel introduction page. Then he contacted me and told me that the room in the picture on my order was occupied and he could give me another one. So he looked at the picture at my request. I was planning to change it. Later I felt it was too much trouble and it was not the room I booked and the appearance was not good, so I was too lazy to bother~ This hotel is in a very good location, the service staff gave people a feeling of false politeness, and there was an episode, I flew from the Netherlands early in the morning and was very sleepy and confused, without wearing glasses, and when I entered the hotel, there was a big sculpture that scared me, and the service staff at the door had a disgusted expression... In short, this place has nothing to do with a five-star hotel, Chinese people don't cheat Chinese people, one night is nearly 3,000, it is better to book carefully, Milan is very convenient, the location is not too remote, it still depends on the room environment and service experience~

酒店房型要選好，房間方向差的 就真的不會開心。不過溝通後，換了還比較正常的。位置是主要優勢，如果不在乎位置的話，個人也去了Belmond，覺得整體度假氛圍會更好。但房間也那麼回事。總之 就是住個安全。體驗算不上多出眾。早餐品類不是很多，但勉強算精緻吧。room dinning 試了早餐和宵夜，都很難吃……看景的那個酒吧，算是最好的選擇了。禮賓部推薦了新式的歌劇，也還可以。但整體對中國人的服務很一般，每次叫水上出租車也是我們等的最久，明明是我們最早叫。所以 ，一開始給很多小費，後面已經要生氣了…

Excellent location, convenient transportation, close to shopping malls, Milan Cathedral is not far away, 10 minutes walk, not many breakfast varieties, breakfast room service is too poor, for first-timers, no introduction, I only figured it out when I was waiting for coffee, some meals need to look at the menu to order, ask the waiter to order, he said to wait for his colleagues to take our order, he was not busy and did not do any service, I don't know if it is separate table service, once I sat down and ordered coffee, it took more than 10 minutes to serve, waited for a long time, finally ordered 2 boiled eggs, it took more than 20 minutes to serve, the whole morning was spent in the breakfast room, impatient people, not recommended to have breakfast in any hotel

The service of the hotel is invincible, much better than traditional high-end luxury hotels. There are only a dozen rooms in the hotel, and the service is one-to-one. The rooms are large, especially suitable for a family. The biggest highlight of the hotel is the invincible view, the most beautiful view of Milan is right in front of your eyes. The breakfast is very good. Ctrip does not include breakfast and the direct restaurant bill is 48 euros per person. It is very good, and the service is very considerate. Since I got up late, the waiter told me to eat slowly. It doesn't matter if we charge after you finish eating. It's really sweet.

Andrea, the PR manager, is definitely the best I met in Milan, Bologna and  Parma. He is extremely helpful with excellent hospitality. Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price.  Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.

Останавливались в этом отеле в самом сердце Милана, прямо на центральной площади — локация просто идеальная! 🏙 Отель работает по принципу апартаментов, что очень удобно: есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, при этом ощущение уюта как дома. Всё здесь невероятно мило, эстетично и стильно оформлено — видно, что каждая деталь продумана с любовью. Интерьер современный, всё абсолютно новое и безупречно чистое. Отдельное удовольствие — просыпаться и видеть за окном главную площадь города. 💛 Однозначно рекомендую всем, кто хочет насладиться атмосферой Милана в максимально комфортных условиях!
