The service of the hotel is invincible, much better than traditional high-end luxury hotels. There are only a dozen rooms in the hotel, and the service is one-to-one. The rooms are large, especially suitable for a family. The biggest highlight of the hotel is the invincible view, the most beautiful view of Milan is right in front of your eyes. The breakfast is very good. Ctrip does not include breakfast and the direct restaurant bill is 48 euros per person. It is very good, and the service is very considerate. Since I got up late, the waiter told me to eat slowly. It doesn't matter if we charge after you finish eating. It's really sweet.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right outside Milan Cathedral and Galleria II. The room is very well designed, warm and comfortable, highly recommended!

Facing the church, the view is very good, the location is convenient, there is a subway station downstairs.

Great location! Open the window is the cathedral, the hotel is in an apartment, there is an elevator, don't worry about carrying large luggage. The room is very spacious, there is a kitchen with a cup but no cooker (may need to be contacted in advance, the bathroom is spacious and the water is large, and the bath is very comfortable. The room is old and the decoration is simple, but the location and scenery make up for everything. There is no supermarket around, the nearest to go about 800m. Very convenient to the main attractions of the old city, within walking distance. City tax requires cash payment, prepare change in advance. In short, will recommend to friends who come to Milan!

Super friendly staffs, felt so warm everytime we are in and out the hotel. Feel like home! Most importantly the location is superb! Anywhere is walkable.

Place it's kinda tricky to find. It's between many transfer place and pizza restaurant, big golden gate where you ring the bell with the hotel name and once inside we had a hard time finding the floor because there is nothing (a map or something) which tells you where is the place 3rd floor on the right side (if you are reserving) Staff were super kind and helping. Rooms are clean and bed is comfy. No TV just streaming services, for me was enough. The A/c is central so you can not regulate it from inside the room. Had a really warm night .

My schedule changed suddenly and I had to leave Milan a day early, but I couldn't cancel the reservation partially because it was two days before my check-in date. When I told the hotel about the situation, the front desk manager upgraded my room and extended my check-out time, and he was very considerate. I would like to express my gratitude to the manager again through this review. I have stayed at the nearby Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Four Season's Hotel, but Park Hyatt Milan was the best in terms of hotel location, room, service, and everything else. Thank you.

Hotel are located at the heart of Milan. Many places are walkable from the hotel. The room is clean and has most amenities that you need. I've chosen a pink room and it looks so sweet and I love it. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next return to Milan.
