It's very close to the train station, and with my overweight suitcase, the hotel elevator wasn't working that morning. The front desk came out to check but didn't care. We waited for over ten minutes, but no elevator arrived. We went in to ask the front desk, and she slowly said it might be stuck on the top floor. Would we have been waiting like that without asking? Or we could have carried our suitcases down ourselves. It was one of those old European elevators, and I climbed six or seven flights of stairs to get the one stuck on the top floor down. The front desk ignored me and offered no help. I almost missed my train.

Hotel is next to Milano Centrale making it an easy access to trains and metro. Feels like the hotel is newly refurbished and clean. Don't be deceived with the entrance. Easy access to several shops below. Free coffee at the lobby as well.

It was a little hard to find from the outside, but it was close to the station and the inside was very clean. I think it was well-maintained. The receptionist was friendly and spoke polite English. Considering the price, I would recommend it.

Very good location, just 5 minutes walk from Milan Central station.
The hotel room is quite spacious.
My favorite point of the room is that there are many spaces to stall your luggage.

The location is excellent, right outside the central station. It was quiet considering how close it was to the station. Even though I arrived early in the morning, the staff were very polite and helpful with check-in and luggage storage. The shower booth was quite basic, and the bathroom smelled a bit strong, but the room itself was clean and spacious enough for just sleeping. (Triple room: 2 singles + 1 double?)
