The room was super noisy on the top floor. I stayed at room 221. Would not recommend for the price. Although location was great. This hotel needs to be refurbished.

I was placed in room number 213, and the conference area was right next to the room. Stayed for four days, three of which were for conferences. Starting at 7 o'clock in the morning, there would be a lot of people coming and going outside the room door, and the noise was constant. The hotel employees were preparing the venue. The loud talking outside the door bothered me so much that I couldn't sleep for a while. If you are planning to move in, please avoid the second floor.
I was assigned to Room 213, and the meeting area is right next door. I stayed for four days, and for three of those days, there was events. Starting from 7 AM, there will be a lot of noise outside my door with people coming and going, as hotel staff prepare the venue. They speak loudly right outside my room, which makes it difficult for me to get any extra sleep. If you're planning to check in, please avoid the second floor.

The transportation is convenient, and it takes only 5 or 6 minutes to walk from the subway. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Milan Cathedral, and there is also a jollibee nearby. The breakfast is rich, the richest we had in Italy.

The hotel is in a good location, a 10-minute walk to Milan Cathedral. The front desk customer service was nice and helpful, the breakfast was good, the waiters were enthusiastic and proactive. The only thing I was not satisfied with was that the sheets and pillowcases seemed to have not been changed! I went out to play after checking in and came back very late. I found that the pillowcases and sheets were stained. There was a strand of hair next to the pillow. I was too sleepy to contact the customer service... I slept with my clothes on. Loved that this Hotel is close to Duomo
Cathedral. Underground and above the ground train stations are just a few meters away from the hotel entrance. So many restaurants near the vicinity. Their buffet breakfast has lots of choices and they make your coffee as per request cappuccino, americano, espresso… request away! Spumante available for breakfast too! Want to check bars in the area? They have one at the rooftop! The Roof has an amazing view, sounds, and choices of drinks! Will definitely visit this hotel again on my next visit to Milan!
