Our stay at your hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their hospitality truly stood out. I think it's pretty good. I can come back to rest when I'm tired, and to put on more clothes when I'm cold. I can come back even if I can't find the bathroom. There is also a safe to store important items. The breakfast is rich and delicious. I regretted booking another hotel two days later.

The hotel is in a great location, right near Milan Cathedral, surrounded by shops and a Carrefour convenience store. We walked to the Brera Art Gallery, the Last Supper and other attractions. In short, it is very convenient to eat, shop and visit tourist attractions. The only disadvantage is that you must keep the city tax receipts, otherwise you will be charged double city tax when you check in or check out. A friend of mine hadn't checked out of his room yet (only stayed one night), but the front desk told him that he had consumed drinks in the room. I was wondering how they could know that before they even checked the room? Finally, my friend was charged 12 euros for check-out (including 7 euros city tax). He said he didn't consume any drinks in the room, so he just considered it as a tip! Also, friends who like shopping can book a triple room. The room is big enough, bigger than the standard twin room and the superior twin room (a group of friends travel together and booked all three rooms)

The first day, the hotel bathroom was broken, the sink was leaking onto the floor, everywhere was covered in water. Trip couldn't solve my problem. My friend and I contacted the hotel and found a solution in the middle of the night with great difficulty.
