Overall, I was satisfied with this stay, but I encountered some problems with the Room Service (food delivery service). Specifically, the breakfast delivery service did not clearly state that an additional charge was required, and it was only when the breakfast was delivered the next morning that I was informed that I needed to pay 10 euros. Although this was not a major issue, what happened next left me unhappy.
I checked fruit off the breakfast list but it was not delivered. After discovering this, I immediately called the front desk to explain the situation, thinking that they would simply send me the missing fruit. However, the front desk asked me to get it myself from the breakfast area on the first floor. This strikes me as very unreasonable as it was an oversight by the hotel staff and yet the guests who have already paid for the service have to bear the consequences of the mistake. I chose the meal delivery service because I was short on time and couldn't go to the restaurant in person, but the way the hotel handled the situation left me speechless.
