The location is absolutely first-class, 50 meters away from Milan Cathedral and 50 meters away from Via Monti Napoleon. It is really convenient to take a rest after tired shopping! The sanitary conditions are very good and the room is super big! The front desk was very enthusiastic and helped us with the ZTL procedures. They sent an email three days in advance to confirm check-in related matters, which was very considerate! Will definitely stay again!

fantastic location that is super close to Duomo, probably 2 mins walking distance. Staff was super nice when we came early for check in and in need of a freshen up. the only flaw I would say is the entrance as if you came back using a transportation, like taxi, it will have to stop somewhere close rather than your hotel's doorstep. Not too much of a problem for me though.

The hotel is on the pedestrian street next to Milan Cathedral, very close to Milan Cathedral and the arcades. Special praise for the hotel service. When I checked out at 8 a.m., my phone accidentally fell from the crack of the elevator door to the bottom of the elevator shaft. The front desk immediately contacted the engineer to handle it. But since I had to catch a flight to France, I had to leave a phone number with the hotel and wait for the result. Then on the way to the airport, I received a call from the hotel telling me that the phone had been picked up and could be used normally. I thought that Italians tend to be more Buddhist, so this kind of thing might be delayed, but I didn't expect it to be so efficient. Like 👍

Great hotel right in the centre of Milan. Just a couple of minutes walk to Duomo, Galleria, metro and tram services.
My room was really clean with good decor. There was an expresso machine, kettle, with tea and coffee. When I arrived there was a welcome pack with juice water and chocolate.
Staff were friendly and cheerful.
Slept very well in comfortable bed. The only minus was that early in the night there was noise from road cleaning vehicles outside, but has to be expected in such a central location.
I would definitely stay here again. Recommend.
