nothing to complain just the front side got construction work that make the walkway so messy especially after rain. Overall is good like the location / the staff and the spacious room. Perfecto 😄!

Big room, friendly staff, great location directly at the dome, the shopping mall and the scenic bus station. Breakfast really good. Expensive but for Milan hotels spacious.

Staff was informative and sent us information about how to get to the hotel as there was construction roadworks in front of the hotel. We really liked the cleanliness and the welcome gesture with some chocolates.

Andrea, the PR manager, is definitely the best I met in Milan, Bologna and  Parma. He is extremely helpful with excellent hospitality. Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price.  Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.
