We arrived in the Middle of the night (3 am) because of a late flight to Milan and we couldn't find any accommodation in the Middle of the night. But since we were going to stay in this hotel the next day we asked if we could wait in the lobby and then ask to check-in early , which we offered to pay extra for. But the Manager said we booked the ticket for very low price which is usually not possible. What does that have anything to do with hospitality? The Manager told us that it was not possible to wait in lobby, and turned us away but advised us to go to sir at McDonalds far away that was open all night. Rest assured, we will never stay there again and not recommend anyone to stay there.

I have problem when check in, receptionist and her Manager react to the customer badly, not helpful, very racism and disrespectful to customer. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. I dob't know why the giant Accor group hire the persons like this. Too bad expereince.

15 minutes walk from the central station. The street is very lively, full of shops, but to get to the Duomo you need to use the metro. The welcome from the staff was very good. The rooms are clean, but need some maintenance. Lively restaurant opposite. Overall the stay was very good.

The single room I booked was upgraded to a two-story triple room, which was quite spacious, as it was a little noisy on the first floor. The hotel is in a good location, close to the subway and train station, on Central Avenue, very convenient for shopping, and there is a restaurant opposite that has a long queue of locals, and it is really delicious.

The environment is good. The front desk handled the problem very seriously. Although their English is not very good, the problem was completely solved after communication. This was a great business trip.

I really liked the hotel, stylish, modern, exceptionally clean. They gave me a spacious two-level room, respect for that. The location is great, close to both the station and the Duomo, lots of shops around. I recommend it!

Very good location, very close to the Milano Centrale train station and halfway to the city center. With many restaurants and shops nearby.

Very clean! The front desk was straightforward and solved the problem quickly. The breakfast was rich, the Italian cheese was delicious, and the freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious. It is close to the subway station and convenient for shopping (but not the first, second, and third-tier brands, but the local cheaper brands)

I recommend it for the location, relatively close to the central station and a stone's throw from the Lima metro station and Corso Buenos Aires.

The location is not bad, but the rooms are small. There is a cafe across the street and there are people passing by until late, but on the contrary, you can hear people's voices until late.
