Management was friendly and accommodating. Access was OK but required careful advanced planning. Very clean. Construction in area of building limited transportation access.

As a solo traveller I can’t fault this place. The room has everything you need and it seemed cheaper than other places in the centre when I was looking. Excellent location, nearest metro is a few minutes walk away and the Duomo is about a 5 minute walk.

Da tempo ormai questa struttura è il mio punto di riferimento,quando soggiorno in città. Gli alloggi sono curatissimi ed accoglienti ,i letti sono comodi e le camere sono dotate di ogni comfort. Bollitore fornito di te e caffè gentilmente forniti da loro,sono presenti in ogni camera,così come l'acqua naturale e frizzante,disponibili gratuitamente. La pulizia di questi locali è impeccabile,le camere che danno verso il cortile,sono silenziose. Consigliatissimo,anche per la posizione centralissima e la signorilità del palazzo in cui è ubicato.

Einfache Unterkunft in der Innenstadt
Die Lage eignet sich sehr gut um eine Vorstellung an der Scala di Milano zu besuchen.
Das Zimmer war in gutem Zustand. Das Haus wurde aber zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthaltes renoviert und war deshalb teilweise eine Baustelle. Darauf wurde im Vorhinein nicht hingewiesen.
Immerhin hat sich die Unterkunft mit einer Gratis Flasche Prosecco für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt.

I felt unsafe (three men loitering outside my door, a second unsecure door onto a communal balcony straight into my bedroom, and large amounts of furniture being scraped about above my room) and left within 30 min of arriving. ******* refused to refund on the basis that I had not complied with the cancellation policy. ******* very obstructive notwithstanding I am a Gold Member.
Do not stay here. It is horrible. (The staff were pleasant enough but the "hotel" really is grim/unsafe)
